진인규 물떡오뎅만드는 것 보니 경남이나 부산쪽에 있는 분식집같네요. 여기 강원도는 물떡을 몰라요. 안팔고 그 맛을 모르는지 하는 집이 없어요. 고추튀김도 귀해요.. ㅠ 그래서 고추튀김 먹으러 원주에서 제천 기차역 앞까지 운전해서 갔다온답니다. 번창하세요.

@@kamorax5701 lmao sounds like you're the only one whos a hypocrite. dirty restaurants and food stalls can cause so many health problems. dirt attracts insects and rats that could possibly get inside the food and contaminate it causing all kinds of health problems. dont start a food based business if you/your workers dont practice basic hygeine within the business and cant clean up the kitchen you use to serve and make the food. just because you're okay with rats and bacteria swimming around in your food doesnt mean other people are.

대박! 여기 저도 부산여행갈때 가봤는데 진짜 인생맛집이에요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 전 심지어 분식을 안젛아하는뎅 먹고 너무너무 맛있어서 다음날 또 가서 먹었어요! 분식 좋아하시는 분들에 가면 정말 천국일듯 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 너무맛있어서 비법 물어보니 조미료 안쓰시고 육수내실때 과일 좋은야채로 매일매일 육수내신다고하시더라구요 ㅠㅠ 주인분들 성격도 너무 좋으시고 친절하신데 맛까지 있어서 진짜 또가고싶어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 떡볶이랑 김밥튀김이랑 호떡 ㅠㅠ 강추강추에요♥️♥️♥️

저두 아들엄마입니다. 훈훈하네요
외국인도 많이 보는군요 길거리 음식도 청결하게 하면 좋죠 울나라사람 베트남 놀러갔다가 장염걸린사람 엄청많아서 한국들어오자마자 병원치료받고 그만큼 위생이중요 외국인들이 한국와서 배탈나서 여행몇일 못한거 유투브에 나오더라고요. 글구 어묵꼬치도 다시 재사용하시면 세척해서 사용하셨으면해요 길거리포차는 씻지않고 어묵끼어서 다시 팔더라고요
동감합니다. 거리음식도 위생적으로 만들어 건강한 음식이 되기를 바랍니다.

Neat, organized, quiet & professional, very clean & mess free. I’ve honesty would’ve spent like 100 usd worth on the street food. They’re handsome enough to be a model!

The one in the red broth with the long white things is tteokbokki (rice cake). The ones in stick are various shaped eomuk (fish cakes). The fried stuff are called twigim. The fried one with the black stuff is seaweed wraps called kimmari. Then there are the mandu (dumplings), i think filled with kimchi and meat. Then the various pork organs (triped, liver and maybe brain(?)). The batter was for hotteok, a type of pancake and this was filled with brown sugar and cinnamon. The lady was cutting blood sausages with the various cooked organs.

The sausage is called soondae and usually comes with the variety of organs.
Sundae is basically blood sausage although there’s organ free ones for people who can’t eat tripes

한눈에 봐도 정갈함이 느껴집니다. 메뉴도 다양하게 하시는게 꽤 힘드실 것 같은데 가족끼리라서 가능한가봐요. 바다 건너 살고 있지만 늘 한국의 분식이 그립습니다 ㅠㅠ 언젠가 부산에 가게 되면 꼭 한번 들르고 싶네요!!

They are streetfood vendors actually, not like restaurants and stuff so they don't have kitchen helpers, they do all the food prep and cooking themselves... being family business, the boys do the prep work too, so they become familliar to it.

대부분 분식집들은 쓰던 재료를 다시 쓰는 느낌이 강한데, 여기는 재료를 다 새로쓰고 엄청 깔끔해보이네요.

You dont find halal food just from muslim countries bruh but as long as there are muslims living in that certain country then they have halal food and I just found out there are street food that have halal food. you dont have to eat chicken and meat + pig that's all that is haram for us and that isnt the only food that they sell in the street
