I've heard similar messages before but never with such practical application steps. Thank you.
You are welcome!
Thank you for sharing your story. The courage it takes to be this vulnerable on stage is inspiring.
Thank you! I appreciate that. The more we are vulnerable with those around us, the more difference we can make.
Your story about illness really touched me. Going through something similar and this gave me hope.
I'm cheering you on! Stay brave and courageous!

Love this line at 9m13s: “because alignment is where the power is” - yes yes yes! And the way you flip it to say, look at where your time, energy and money are going, there is your heart telling you something about your values and your true alignment! So powerful! ❤
Yes - alignment is where the power is! Thanks for grabbing that out!
Needed this today 🙏
Glad you came across it!
There are so many great nuggets in this talk.... the open metaphor of the tuning fork... 'You don't know my family. We don't quit." as a core family value... and the actual origin of the word 'authenticity' -- that alone was worth watching it for as it gave me a whole new appreciation of the word... and the 3 questions at the end. (yes, actually wrote them down.) Great talk Beverly, great message. Thank you for sharing.
Michel - I appreciate the time you spent with this talk! Means alot coming from you!
Coming back to say I implemented the tracking system you suggested and wow - what an eye opener. Thank you.
Love that! Way to go. And appreciate you letting me know.
I’m a huge fan of tracking where we actually spend our time, as a form of accountability and a tool for reflection. Peter Drucker in his brilliant essay “Managing Ourselves” said we should consistently be reflecting back on the last 6-9mo: did we do what we said we’d do, and did the outcomes we projected actually happen? Learn and recalibrate!
But Drucker talked in “head” terms about business outcomes, most of all I love how YOU talk in HEART terms Beverly.
It's so important! Appreciate this!
This is true Beverly form! Alignment is something you call out in me and I am so glad you had this opportunity to share it with more people and souls!
So glad to call you my coach and friend!

Such an inspiring talk! What’s one of the key exercise you recommend to help people identify their own "true frequency"?
Thanks Ilene for taking time to listen! The most important thing is to build the habit of observation in 3 steps. At the end of each day: 1) review how we spent our key resources during the day; 2) identify the values shown by how we used our resources and 3) consider if this alignment is what we actually want. Once we have seen this data, we can effectively make decisions more in line with what we want most.
Anyone else feel personally attacked when she talked about checking bank statements? 😅
Haha! There's truth in those bank statements!
Like if you're watching in 2024!
Here in 2024!
Sensational. Aligning values with resources 🩷
When we learn to look back and forth from values to resources and then resources to values, the increased alignment leads us where we most want to go
