But in today's lesson, we are going to go over Splitting (which you might have noticed me doing splits in episode 002, but I never went over how to do them so....HERE YOU GO). It's all about body mechanics when it comes down to making a move easier to execute. In this video, I will show and tell you how to use proper body mechanics and I hope you enjoy!

Thank you Roc- this video was thorough with beginner tips and haw to move away from the wall when confident. I will work on this move with a bounce.
The bounce and split really is very useful and helps setup for followup moves. very detailed tutorial

Thanks for this video! I’m still trying to build up my balance and strengthen my muscles to do more moves on 2 wheels. This video has helped me with getting the basic balance down. I have an injury in my groin area on one side which makes some of this difficult, but I’m determined to build up the area so I can do these moves and make them look good. Thanks again!
