      Catching them around 2 miles offshore. Just gotta find clean water.

      Was tossing it back about 30yrds or so then trolling about 2mph

      @@3rddegreefishing273 That's what I was asking. I trolled that Halco and ribbons about 40-50' back at a 2.25mph to 2.5mph clip for 12 miles one day and 10 miles a few weeks later (July/Aug) and not one king, just one smack. One of these days I'll hook up with a King. BTW, it was the Bob Hall pier area launch and straight out to the 4 rigs about 5 miles out.

      @@motleypixel you gotta make sure the water clarity is there. I personally have trouble finding them if the water is too murky, even with a juicy ribbon out back. Keep plugging bud!

      @@3rddegreefishing273 I was able to see the bottom at 38' both times...some say it was too close after that Huricane and that they had moved further off-shore. Next summer, not going to stop trying!
