@@NicolasBras try cradling the membrane part in your hands and ocasionally opening it up creating a wah-like effect like when harmonica players do it. Or before installing the membrane, but a wire, or a crossed wire across the tube end and then the membrane, so it can resonate against that wire, creating a more audible resonation... tho the wire should be flush against the membrane, tricky, but not impossible :)

Reminds me of the noise makers we made in high school.
It was a marker tube through the bottom of an orange medicine bottle. With a Ballon stretched over the top of the medicine bottle and contacting the marker tube. Blowing in a hole in the side of the medicine bottle would make the air force the Ballon membrane to vibrate and escape out the marker tube.
The length of the marker tube had a lot of effect on the tone.

I was just about to go that soundtrip... trying to find my best kazoo-based instrument, portable, easy mic-able. versatile, and cool, I used a sax type mouth piece (using own plastic virbo element) just to try , and embolo flute to try to change pitch, I guees if the kazzo type is the main, also the voice will be the main pitch bending method but love how other types of instrument pieces can change or vary the pitch or overall sund. Love this Kepp on.
