Ingredients:
200ml Luke warm milk
1/2 (20g) cube Yeast / 7g dry yeast
80g Sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar (optional)
500g Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg york
70g Soft butter
For brushing:
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Milk
Prea-heat Oven 180°C / 356°F / Gas mark 4
Bake 35min - 40min
