    Looks wonderful, I love Moroccan food, and I make it regularly at home. The aroma of Moroccan food is unbeatable . My son in law is Moroccan so visit Morocco often. Iswena !

    How long did you cook it on the stove for? Also if I put it in the oven, what temperature would I put it on and for how long. I have a clay Tagine to cook it in. Thanks!

      I usually cook my clay tagine on the top of the stove with a thermal isolator under. After the tagine is hot, I turn the heat down to low and leave it cooking from 30min to 45 min , depending on the meat and vegetables. After half hour look and see the texture.
