Beautiful! My chicken is marinating dry n its spices right now! I don’t have preserves lemons but I do have fresh! UPDATE: This was insanely delicious! I didn’t have the dried fruit, ginger, preserved lemons, olives, cilantro or tomatoes-and it still was incredible! Added frozen artichoke hearts and celery, used fresh lemon, and all the other spices and vegetables. It’s gone! I shared it with my neighbors who were over the moon. Thank you so much! I’ll make again when I’ve got all of the ingredients. Marinating the chicken overnight is key I believe!
That's not chicken tagine. You have to use a Moroccan tagine, a special cooking dish to make this recipe. And the recipe is just made up, nothing to do with Moroccan cooking
