You can go to Kadikoy from Istanbul SAW Airport by the following vehicles:
(Prices are based on March 2023)
It takes approximately 1 hour to reach Kadikoy. Please note, the arrival time of other vehicles may be longer, except for the metro, during rush hour.
METRO 01:21
To use the metro, turn left immediately after exiting the "International Arrivals Gate". Go downstairs with the escalator. Follow the "subway" signs.
The metro works 24 hours.
ISTANBUL CITY CARD 01:40
When you arrive at the entrance turnstiles, there is a machine on the left where you can buy an "Istanbul card" or "Istanbul City Card." You don't need to load a lot of money. Then go through the turnstiles and follow the road to get into the metro.
Istanbul city card is valid in buses, funicular, metrobus, metro, suburban trains, ferry, tram, Istanbul metropolitan municipality social facilities, public toilets.
After you reach Kadikoy, when you reach the top exit, turn right and go to the coast. Turn right again and go to the pier on the right.
** Important announcement **
Now you can use public transportation vehicles without "Istanbulkart" or "Istanbul City Card," only with your contactless credit card. Of course, Istanbulkart or "Istanbul City Card" is cheaper. But it is also a great advantage to be able to use the contactless credit card when those cards are not available.

MUNICIPAL BUS 03:24
In order to get on the city bus numbered E11, you must likewise get an "Istanbul Card," "Istanbul City Card" or pay with your credit card. You cannot get into the vehicle without a card. Bus number E10 arrives in Kadikoy later. You will arrive in front of Kadikoy Pier with three vehicles.
*** The municipal bus "SG-2" goes from the Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Taksim directly (06.30 - 00.30.
SHUTTLE 03:56
To use the shuttle, you can make your reservation and payment from the stand on the right before leaving the airport. Shuttle takes you as far as Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque).

As I know, yes. If you have any problem, at the Eminonu coast by the ferries there's a kiosk from the Istanbul Municipality (IBB) with the name: "Çözüm Noktası." They can help you for everything what you need.

If a tourist does not have Turkish lira with him/her, he/she buys a tourist card such as for 1, 3, 5, 7, 15 days by credit card from the special machines. These cards are unlimited for 1, 3, 5, 7, 15 days. No other charging is required. This cards will cost of corse more.
But if he/she has Turkish lira with him/her, he/she buys Istanbulkart from other machines with a card cost of 50 TL and loads money. When the money on the card runs out, it can still load money from other machines. These cards are anonymous and in red color.
