For the omelet maker, put anything that needs more cook time in while it's warming up then add the egg and other ingredients after to finish cooking. I even chop bacon and cook it in there first and it works great. Also, the little halves fit perfectly into a standard tortilla!

The membrane egg gadget could help someone with sensory issues. Speaking from experience sensory issues with food can be quite debilitating at times though the membrane isn’t something I personally experience as one of my food issues, there is a texture difference between an egg with a membrane and an egg without. Love when you can showcase gadgets that may help with sensory issues! I mostly use blender and strainer for many texture I want out of food but new gadgets to help widen the diet of anyone experiencing sensory issues is very good.

I was gifted one of those LeKue bread maker and its been fantastic. Being silicon it moves and flexes when you're hands on and working the dough which was a wee bit strange at first but unlike silicon bakeware it lets the dough rise and get baked without swelling at the sides so much it gets jammed in. I'd still suggest that as with a metal loaf tin it helps to pop it out and have its final 10 minutes of a bake upside down since the silicon does seem to make the bottom get steamed a bit more.
For a thicker looking loaf keep the tab in the slot so the bread isn't pulled flat.

I've had one of those koom rikon jar openers for years. It's purple 💜
I couldn't manage in the kitchen without it, my son used to have to open all the jars I would need for a few days for me after he moved out, or I wouldn't be able to eat certain things. Would certainly recommend for anyone, but you do need both hands to work to use it, one to grip the jar and one to turn the handle of the opener.
I also have a foldable chopping board. When they are new, they are good, but after a while, they don't stay flat, so it makes chopping a bit difficult. Good idea in theory, but not so much in practice unfortunately 😕

I have had one for about ten years, and it seems to hold up well. I do not use it everyday, as I prefer a wooden chopping board, but it is good for soups and whenever I handle a lot of veggies.
The plastic is much sturdier than the cheap plastic cutting board we use for fish and meat.
The only downside is that the handle doesn't lie flat, so it takes up excess room in my drawer. This might be solved in the newer + model.

I don't know if you're considering getting an Instant Pot (benchtop pressure cooker) but since I got mine that's the only way I make boiled eggs. I put a cup of cold water in the bottom, put in a metal trivet/vegetable steamer basket and put the eggs on top. I cook them at full pressure for 5 minutes and dump the steam as soon as the timer goes off. Put the eggs straight into cold water for a couple of minutes and you have perfectly medium-boiled eggs!
Best part is because they're steamed and not boiled, the pressure compresses the egg internals a tiny bit and separates them from the shell and membrane. As soon as they're cooled, the shell slides off ridiculously easily.

I have severe arthritis in my hands and I've never found a better opener than the jar key ™️it's never failed me yet after many years!

Making bread from breadcrumbs, means that someone else made the bread. We just reassembled it.

Awesome! Dear Barry, is there a reliable can opener anywhere? The problem is cans are all different regarding the size of the lip. Manual is fine. Please advise. Desperate Dan, UK.

That no knead bread looked very rustic- would be cool to make a brown bread in it

That croque monsieur hybrid thing is basically just a Monte Cristo without the powdered sugar and jam. Thinking about it, I really want one now.

I'd use that jar opener to do up every lid in the cupboard extra tight.

Oh, that jar opener is brilliant! I've also seen on that screws under a shelf or cabinet, that you slide the jar into and then both hands are free to twist the jar.
'a sensible person would have cut this bit out'. Thank goodness you're not sensible, cos that segue was funny. 😆
The egg peeler looks so satisfying to use.
Those omelettes look amazing! 😋. I think that's the gadget I'm most tempted by. 😊
