I have a question. Our new artificial grass was installed by our landscaper. The sand is escaping out. Is this due to not anchoring the grass down well enough? Any advice on this problem is helpful.

The infill? If so, they probably put too much or didn’t sweep it in well enough. Grab a broom and start sweeping it to get it to settle.
