5:44 I dog sat for someone who had a huge house (by my standards at least). 4 bedroom but the master suit was bigger than my apartment and a full finished basment that could have been a house all its own. Anyway, the whole time I was just so aware of how not aware of the space I could be. Forget one person moving around in there with you and not knowing. A few people could have gotten away with it. The couple I house sat for was older, some mobility issues, and one was hard of hearing. Given the thickness of the walls and how rarely they want upstairs a quiet family probably could have gotten away with spend the night without them knowing.

One of my favorite movies, Sharni Vinson absolutely *delivered* with this performance. Just as sweet and unassuming as one might expect, but then shit hits the fan and BAM she's bashing bitches' heads in with some pretty goddamn believable ferocity. I truly hope that one of these days we get another movie about Erin. Obviously this isn't one of those movies that needs a sequel, but damn if I don't have a personal need for more of this character.

I've known about this movie, the plot I actually knew how it ended well… not the ending with the cop and the trap but that she survived and met her asshole boyfriend was part of this the whole time. But I hadn't watched it and I honestly kept pushing it off to my dad when he would text me to ask me what's good to watch. I finally saw this earlier this year and holy fucking shit even though I knew what would happen it still surprised me to see it. It also took me forever to realize that this is an actress from Step Up movies; I don't remember which one it is but apparently she can also dance so good for her.
28:51 Considering what happened at the end, that's exactly what I wondered would, unfortunately, happen to Erin after everything that happened to her. Unless the police are able to find evidence of Crispin's, Felix's, and Zee's involvement in sending a hit on the family via paper trail or something, she could have a less mildly-happy ending than other slasher final girls due to being targeted for crimes that nobody would know were out of self-defense. All that's there for evidence are the bodies of an entire family, a couple of neighbors, and the body of a police officer - there's nobody else there to know that people died due to their own greed and a police officer being there at the wrong place at the wrong time except Erin. Makes me wish there was a sequel where Erin could prove that everything she did was self-defense because she deserves a final girl survivor ending, not a suspect of murder ending.

One of my favorite movies, Sharni Vinson absolutely *delivered* with this performance. Just as sweet and unassuming as one might expect, but then shit hits the fan and BAM she's bashing bitches' heads in with some pretty goddamn believable ferocity. I truly hope that one of these days we get another movie about Erin. Obviously this isn't one of those movies that needs a sequel, but damn if I don't have a personal need for more of this character.

I've known about this movie, the plot I actually knew how it ended well… not the ending with the cop and the trap but that she survived and met her asshole boyfriend was part of this the whole time. But I hadn't watched it and I honestly kept pushing it off to my dad when he would text me to ask me what's good to watch. I finally saw this earlier this year and holy fucking shit even though I knew what would happen it still surprised me to see it. It also took me forever to realize that this is an actress from Step Up movies; I don't remember which one it is but apparently she can also dance so good for her.
The way David went from flinching away from the screen to cheering Erin on. I want him to react to Vicious Fun so badly.
28:51 Considering what happened at the end, that's exactly what I wondered would, unfortunately, happen to Erin after everything that happened to her. Unless the police are able to find evidence of Crispin's, Felix's, and Zee's involvement in sending a hit on the family via paper trail or something, she could have a less mildly-happy ending than other slasher final girls due to being targeted for crimes that nobody would know were out of self-defense. All that's there for evidence are the bodies of an entire family, a couple of neighbors, and the body of a police officer - there's nobody else there to know that people died due to their own greed and a police officer being there at the wrong place at the wrong time except Erin.
Makes me wish there was a sequel where Erin could prove that everything she did was self-defense because she deserves a final girl survivor ending, not a suspect of murder ending.
