I found an infinite tears synergy I think you would like you need:
Flat stone
Hydrophobicity
Rubber cement
Coloboma
I don’t know why it works like this but it does
If you want to make it literally infinite add lachryphagy sorry for bad spelling, but it will make it quite literally infintie

Coloboma doesn't synergy with Hydro.
Coloboma makes ANYTHING infinite when they split. Tear multipliers do more so. And yet it crashes the game with Tetrachromacy with tear multipliers. (I.E. Sad Bombs with Scatter/Brimstone)

I'm pretty sure a certain end game RNG boss may be based off of Brett or maybe but when he breaks the game this much(which takes place in Isaac's head so he's just breaking Isaac's mind) it makes you think maybe McMillan took inspiration for a final boss.

I have to say, Brett's ads when he's being sponsored is honestly the best ads. Usually there are ads for mobile games that doesn't represent the actual gameplay. But the gameplay Brett provided is his own footage (you can tell because the username is Brett's classic username; Nobs) so it actually represent what the game has to offer.

I saw ads for that Rangers of whatever before and they felt like the Mafia city/Langrisser/ bad meme template drivel i usually see so i just ignored it
But as always judging a book by its adverts isn’t always the best and the gameplay shown during the K rool theme segment actually looked like a game (wow) that i’d enjoy.
So props to them making an actual game and more props to them for supporting one of the best youtubers

If you get the extra consumables mod where you can get more than 99 of each item, give yourself money = power and then a bunch of dollars it will literally break the damage. It got to the point where I would gain 60 damage Everytime I spent a coin. The max damage I got up to was 13000.

This is by far my favorite episode Brett has done I can't stop laughing half way through
So I just finished a game as Azazel, and won pretty easily with Brimstone (actual item not just Azazels), sad bombs and anarchist cookbook. Aside from that, I also got the leviathan transformation. Didn't manage to get the seed unfortunately, I realized after I had already ended it. But if you could do a video on this, it would be pretty cool :3

With how you can break different parts of those monsters, the map with different zones… *Is it just me, or does anyone else think that it resembles a bit of Monster Hunter...* Not that i'm complaining or anything, because if that's the case, then i might aswell get it.

if you remove mom's knife from this synergy then you get a self sustaining vortex of death you only need haemolacria , lachryphagy , sad bombs doctor fetus,rubber cement and also pyromaniac to not fuck ya self over and by self sustaining i mean it'll never disappear this is actually a somewhat weaker version of what i had before , before i had an actual never ending vortex no wait for sad bombs required but idk how i did that soooooo you're gonna have to just stick with the whole waiting for the sad bombs (also add pop! if you want a little rave show)
