There's a really cool item from the Repentance Plus mod. It's called Angel's wings, a Q4 item which gives you feather tears and Dogma's special abilities. You should try it out!

Matt consistently choosing to full-clear the floor before fighting the boss truly is a Mattman Moment.
Isaac is a game where you play as naked 5 year old fallen into the average sized basement crying on fly and sh** , kill mother, satan, yourself *and one massive recreation of humans mind insanity* and also put tons of different trash items on yourself to survive.
Truly a relatable game.
Which is why it is one of my favorite games of all time and favorite rougelike in mankind's history.

If you have a key piece, and enter an angel room with two angels and blow them up at the same time, you can get another key piece, which increases angel chance even more.

So I’ve noticed this in a couple of videos but I notice that after boss rush or the mom fight Matt goes to the next floor and it’s womb 2 and I have to make sure it’s not like skipping cause I check his items on the right and it’s not a boss item or a deal item maybe I’m crazy but I just wanted to point it out
If you go to mausoleum/gahenna, you skip womb 1 and go directly to womb 2 after beating Mom
