I am so glad I found this channel. It's so peaceful and exciting and I'm actually trying to study Korean right now so attempting to read the recipes in Korean and also having a transcribed version will really help. And I know it has nothing to do with food, but I'm so curious as to where you get your clothes, that bag, your linens. They're all adorable and I would love to have something like them, but I never know where to look.

Not just any bread crumbs, you must use Japanese style "panko" as they're specially made for frying to stay crunchy.
Any kind of bread crumbs will stay crunchy as long as the oil or fat is hot enough. Panko is still probably the best one of different types.
It's not staying crunchy after you put it in the broth I can promise you that
You don't have to use panko, and Jon Davis is right. It looked soggy at the end, and they called it soft in the description.
