    If someone tells me they saw my missing child in someones home I will brake that door down if I have to, to get inside and see for myself. Instead she just sat outside watching people, not even asking them about the child. This makes no sense.

And his story is obviously even shadier than we know since the defence refused to put him on the stand in the trial! They knew the story would get ripped apart and that’s why a jury never heard it. @@kingayy9267 You understand the difference between testifying in your own defence and a witness getting on the stand to provide eye witness testimony in a trial, that the murder victim is in fact, still alive right? Yes, it is absolutely a sign that you are an entirely unreliable witness if you know something that will exonerate the defendant in a murder case and his lawyers don’t call you to the stand.

    • @hiphopjewels
      @hiphopjewels 6 месяцев назад

      @@trickortrump3292 I agree with you 100%. The police will never tell the public WHY they ignored a particular lead. One of the reasons is that they actually checked on it, and found out it was bogus. They found out that some loony toon concocted that bogus story to bolster a defense. After all, an investigator for the defense is paid to do just that, find evidence to help the defense. The reason why he wasn't put on the witness stand is likely because his credibility would have been shot down immediately, turning the trial into a circus and pissing the jury off even more. That guy probably has a history of making up stories. That's the main reason a defense wouldn't put him on the stand.

The theories the prosecutors have come up with since this was aired are too hilarious. The judge did an interview shortly after this segment…I just rolled my eyes at it because it was ludicrous. Lastly, that judge had to step down off from the Bench for LYING about her attendance. The initial lead detective plead guilty in a Federal Case and is awaiting sentencing. The detective shown in the blue walking in court her own daughter was in CPS. She don’t think I remember that. Lane is going to be free soon one day. I just spoke to him the other day. @hiphopjewels 6 месяцев назад +9

      Yeah, there are some missing pieces to the puzzle, but this guy's story is so bogus the jury just knew he did it. I would have voted to convict too. He had all that mouth in court, but not one bit of concern that the alleged kidnappers are out there supposedly at large. Description of the suspect was just a generic "black male." Lol. No make or model of that second vehicle or anything. Not one soul heard the repeated blowing of this car's horn, his car stopped, him running after the car probably screaming if that really happened. Then, he saw no passerby to call the police sooner, and made it all the way to his destination on foot before asking someone to call 911? Not likely at all. If anyone was to show him mercy, he should tell the story the way it really happened, along with the details. These cases always have missing evidence, but if that jury thinks he did it, they know they can convict regardless. Honestly, I would have done the same.

Your house your kids your rules. However spanking does not murder make. I have no idea if this man killed this little girl or if his story is true however I think those "sightings" should have been followed up on 💯. It's called Slave Mentality.The black community is still scarred deeply by the abuse they were taught was for their own good. Those who learn about how their upbringing with physical "punishment"..not always abuse..is directly related to 400 yrs of passed down methods from slave masters..take some Black Studies college classes..read some books on the subject. The more educated we get the less we hold unto these methods of control and discipline..my ex believed the belt was a fair use for spanking on our kids butts..I fought him with every fiber in my body..I got the abuse him telling me I'm soft and let the kids run me. He couldn't understand all I told him about Slave Mentality and refused to change..it's ingrained deeply..many Caucasian Latino and Asian families have familiar physical punishments taught by their own family..generational..I don't feel any physicality is necessary for teaching a child or a useful way to punish..toilet training is when the child's physical body is able to hold their urine and some kids take longer..why would you punish a child for something their lil body just can't do yet?
      Again it's knowledge that will break these cycles..mom n dad..grandad..didn't have the knowledge you have..so use the info we know now..fear is not how you teach a child or an animal..I've trained children, spec needs kids, adults and horses..teaching something is never done well thru fear. What you've taught is fear of a parent who you are supposed to trust and who should protect you..not harm you.
      This dad DID NOT HARM THIS CHILD..the police had every right to get the warrant to search that house and look into moms contacts as well as his..all the corruption with investigation and the judge..must come out now..his lawyer sucks..sadly.
      I pray the innocent league gets involved..I'd love to present this obstruction of justice 500% to them.

The way the cops wrote of looking into the sightings is disgusting.

      I see a grieving mother. On the other hand, the fiance lied under oath and admitted it was because she was afraid she'd go to prison. She seems very strange overall and comes across as if she's hiding something. I believe she was jealous of the ex, the baby's mother, especially since her fiance clearly still wanted to have a sexual relationship with his ex, Biancas mom. Getting rid of Bianca would ensure he no longer had ties to his ex and would have no reason to remain in his life. She's the jealous one. She's the one who lied framing him, pointing accusations at him and away from herself. She just happened to forget to mention she saw and spoke to Bianca after the very spanking that she claimed went to far and killed the child? "I heard her scream and then nothing" ever again after that moment..."oh wait, just kidding, she was answering questions later on after being spanked, I just forgot because I was nervous?" Oh hell no, I don't think so. That woman did something to this precious little girl whom she clearly didn't love just because she was born to another woman. Another woman she was envious of because her finance was friends with/co-parented well with her and requested threesome encounters with her. The little girl was a constant reminder of Biancas mother to the current fiance so she decided she had to go.

    I saw this case on Exhibit A on Netflix and I am shocked it ever got to trial, let alone ended in conviction. Whatever actually happened, there is simply no evidence of the prosecution's theory. It's a scary world if a dog barking can send a man away for life. It's a total miscarriage of justice. I worry that the poor girl is still out there somewhere because they got "their man" early on and stuck to it.

    Crazy case. I will say, if I were innocent of anything I’d be cussing the prosecutor or even the DA if they showed their face out loud screaming I’m innocent trying to punch the prosecutor any chance I got, they probably couldn’t keep me in there. Then during the verdict if I heard guilty I’d explode and attack the prosecutor if I were innocent. This guy really took a guilty verdict in stride for killing his daughter, so to me that’s odd if he didn’t do it.(yes, guilty people explode during a guilty verdict sometimes too…)
    I honestly don’t know what to think during this case, and that’s rare…my gut tells me he did it, but my brain tells me she’s alive, and I don’t even know if either of those are what I feel and I’m fooling myself on one or the other. This case is crazy…
    I also find it VERY hard to believe that anyone that called the cops and said there is a kidnapped child at a certain house would get swept under the rug and that officers wouldn’t go over there and go inside and get to the bottom of it.
    What a mind boggling case?

      I also at first thought all this might be an attempt by him and Bianca’s mom to hide the child, get him convicted, and then Bianca reappears so they can sue the government for big money…..this case just blows my mind and I got no clue what to think…
      There also is the original phone call to the police, I don’t like his “crying” and unable to really speak about what happened and give the 911 operator info on the kidnap, that was too overly dramatic for me….makes me think he’s guilty….
      I hate this case, it’s sooooo confusing!

All he’s supposed to know is that she is in the car that was jacked. Most car jackings with children in the car they usually put them out of the car so I’m skeptical of that. Why would he say that? Wow! I don't think he killed his baby, not based on what I saw here. I think the more likely scenario is he was in fact car jacked. But stealing the car was not the target, the baby girl was. That leaves three very plausible scenarios. 1) The baby was taken by a family member to punish the father. 2) The baby was taken by an unknown person who simply wanted a baby but could not have one. 3) The most disbursing possibility. The baby was taken to be trafficked. This is a very real thing, they steal young girls then groom them to be prostitutes as they grow up. By the time the little girl is 12 or 13 she will be sold into the sex trade. Now...have the other family members been given a polygraph to exclude them from involvement? The mother, the grandmother? This guy should have been found not guilty or case dismissed without prejudice. This way if a body is found they retry the case.

    • @JamesBiggar
      @JamesBiggar 6 месяцев назад +1

      Not good with math? A typical block, the space between two streets, avg's around 3 acres in Detroit. Some are larger, some smaller. 3 acres = 130,680 sq.ft. √130,680 = 372.4ftx372.4ft square blocks, again, on avg. There would be 7 blocks between 8 streets. 372.4ft * 7 blocks = 2979ft. There's 5200ft in a mile. With avg size blocks, that's 2/3's the distance of a mile. Could be slightly more than a mile, won't know exactly unless you go and measure the distance between each street in question. Cops aren't going to do that anymore than you are, because it's pointless. They know where they found the car. But given that most people can't guess exactly how far a mile is just by looking at it, it's fair for them to say they found the car about a mile down the street. Saying "actually, it's 8 streets" isn't any more exact. Did you start your count on the mother's street, or the first street after? See the problem with trying to play the smartass without being smart about it? This is a moot point. 8 streets vs a mile is irrelevant. They found the car down the road. That's all you need to know.

    HOW did NOONE, including the mom and other family members and law enforcement, even the lawyers, not doggedly pursue the people in the house where “Bianca” was sighted twice by two different people?? If I was her mom, I’d never leave from that house until I saw that baby with my own eyes!!!

    This is almost identical to the 2015 case of Ruben Ebron, Lonna Barton & the 1.5 year old toddler Lonzie Barton. Claiming that you were carjacked & they took off with your baby/toddler is ridiculous. No criminal thug wants to keep your baby or toddler in the car. To them that is just a whole lot of annoying baggage that they don’t need or want. They just want your car, not the responsibility of a crying, whining & needy little child.

    Mom shaking her head no when she said she looked for her daughter. Shaking her no at all inappropriate moments. At the time the child went missing, she seemed to not be able to care for the child. Wonder if she was afraid that dad would want custody?
