Does you vacuum leans to the front? Mine Doesnt stand straight when charging or when just standing, is that normal? Just got mine today and im setting it up, wondering if thats just how it is.
When, after self-cleaning, I take out the roller to dry, I do not replace it with another dry one, the tineco simply charges without the roller. but while charging, the engine seems to be working quietly and the power icon appears once from left to right, then a break and again until it reaches 100%, is it supposed to be like that??
If you look at the manual on page 12 it talks about charging instructions. In those instructions it mentions that there is a cooling system that activates when charging and it makes a slight sound. I believe that's the sound you're hearing. It also says you can turn it off by pressing the water droplet button for 10 seconds.

This is the best cleaning tool I’ve ever purchased.
I have the Tineco S3 and it works great.....the cleaning solution is expensive...I found that the Bissel Solution is just fine and half the price..
Can I use other cleaning solutions? Or home made?
Would you go with this one or the Combo?
Why do you call it blue? Is that the only color for the S5 Smart? If it's black, does that mean it's the S5 Pro?
