1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water (and tomato juice -optional)
1 cup chicken stock
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
salt to taste
