Oh my god, these discs are hilarious! Great work! Definitely well done and does remind me of a dystopian world with a cult leader spreading messages over a loudspeaker. Especially reminds me of Bioshock 2 as well as Fullmetal Alchemist 2004. Also great idea for a replacement daylight sensor, might try this in the game I'm building. Edited to add yes, I was totally reminded of Bioshock before you mentioned it. You nailed evoking that.
I am so glad I started watching Doc this season!!! I stared as a hard core Sahara watcher in Season 6, but what I love about hermitcraft is the variety in content! I watched a lot of Papa K and Bdubs in 7. And 8, well that was all over the place. And Season 9 is by far my favorite with watching the Goat and Tango!!! The Goat, perimeter, TCG and Decked out is just amazing to watch!
You should have 1 of each set of 5 disks be server wide. The buttercups will hear every message, but the rest of the server will hear them much less often.
