100% truth. We put ours in tow mode about 10 minutes before we get back to the shop to plug in to charge to get everything cooled before we charge. I wanted to see how much it would regenerate in sport mode. It seams to regen a lot more in sport mode.
Since it was a short trip and not much weight I was trying to see how much regen I could get. Also figured out with this much weight I barely had to touch the brakes.
@@SolidGroundStaging Yeah I was done with P loads ages ago. Even with my gas half tons. LT is the only way to go. Efficiency seemed minimally affected, its more about the aerodynamics with these trucks.
Thanks for the video
Tow haul mode ramps up the battery cooling BTW.

Curious as to why you used Sport mode instead of Tow Haul?

That seams about right. You have a gas or diesel truck it would use more energy too.
LT Yokohama Geolander GO15 275/60/R20. My P load OEM tires punctured right away too. Junk!
I hate that. It didn’t take much.
I was really disappointed in how easy that punctured. We have to go off road some and it worries me about anything sharp.

First thing I did with my XLT Lighnting was to put E Rated Toyo Open Country AT3's 35's on it. No rubbing, efficiency dropped 15%
I bet those look great.
