Hi madam good evening po. Im a VISITOR VISA HOLDER. Ask ko lang po if kailangan ko pa po bang magpresent ng AOS sa immigration? Looking forward po sa reply nyo about this. Thanks po 🙂
It is highly likely that they will look for it. If it is not a self-funded trip, you must have AOS. If it is a self-funded trip, you must have COE or bank statements. In any case, you must be able to prove that you can support yourself.
I am a US Green card holder.. I am here now in the Phils. Last Dec 6 2022 I went home. And I am planning to go back to US..this last wk of October 2023. It is still valid to travel back to US.. Since I stay here in the Phils. Closer to 1 yr. But not more than 1 yr.. stay..

You have to get your ECC clearance at least 1 to 2-weeks before your departure period. As it will take 3 days before releasing. I know because we just had our ECC released yesterday and we are leaving the country soon. You can get it from immigration offices.
@@lilys5095, Good day! how does the counting start of 6 months from the Passport Stamp of arrival? Does the first 30 days included with the counting or after it? Any reply is appreciated.
I do have a question I just received my passport, so do I need to get a tourist visa before I leave the US or when I get to the Philippines? I’m planning on going to the Philippines in the next couple of months.
No they grant 30 day free visa upon arrival in the Philippines at the immigration airport. More info If you are born in the philippines and now a Us citizen with Passport once you arrive in the Philippines they will stamp 1 year visa free stay. Just bring your birth certificate from PSA, or your old philippine expired passport. They didnt ask me any of those I just showed my US passport which says born in the Philippines but just bring one of those 2 items Just incase because not all Immigration officer are the same. I came back twice and all I showed was US passport and had 1 year visa stay for both times

I just want to ask regarding the finances part. My sister will sponsor me regarding finances. She will be the one to provide the funds. What are the requirements if it is sponsored. Thank you.
Hi. You will need AOS (Affidavit of Support) from your sister. The AOS needs to be authenticated in the PH embassy of your destination country. After authentication, the original doc must be sent to you via courier. You'll also need to provide PSA birth certificates (yours & hers) to prove relationship. You'll also need a return ticket. You'll need a copy of her passport (bio page), her residence visa or work permit (if applicable), her home address & phone no. It's also better if you bring a bank statement/certificate.
Notarized Affidavit of Support (from your parents) - you can go to a lawyer to make it for you + photocopy of ID of parent. You'll also need return ticket, hotel booking, travel itinerary, bank statement or mobile banking app showing proof of funds.
@@JCueto-io9tn Yeah. The revised guideline is the one that was suspended as a lot of Filipinos complained about it being standardized. im a green card holder and gusto ko po umuwi ng pinas, pero hindi ko po narenew passport ko. i will going back to ph in nov and my passport will be expired in feb 2024. makakalusot po ba?
Yes. The 6 month passport validity is for foreign passport holders - not for PH citizens going back to PH. Just be aware that you are only allowed to be out of US for 1 year or you lose your green card validity.
If you're a PH citizen, you won't need ECC to leave PH. You'll need to pay travel tax at the airport, unless you've paid it already when you bought your ticket. You'll also need to fill out the online departure e-travel.

can a filipina leve to go to scotland on a Visitor visa - for UK and what are her REQUIREMENTS she will need ??? or please do a new video about it thanks love your video,s keep up the brill work you do
For departing Filipino tourist anywhere, the requirements are almost the same- valid passport at least 6 months validity, visa to country of destination, proof of financial capability, travel insurance(advisable tho they dont usually ask), round trip ticket, completed online e travel declaration 72 hrs prior to travel, sponsor letter if u are sponsored with QR code. There is no departure card as etravel registration replaces it. Advisable to visit the immigration website for updates. I just left Phil as tourist going to Australia just 3 days ago, and no hassles if you are not first time tourist, they do not ask or interrogate😊 Hope this helps a bit.
Hi , I am leaving to go to the U.S. Next week on Thursday. What kind of paper work do I need ? Like health clearance or covid shots, or what? I am a U.S. Citizen, I have a permanent visa, I have been here in the Philippines for 4 years now.
It doesn’t matter if the person is an adult or minor. What determines the need for ECC is if the foreign tourist stayed for 6 months or more in PH. If so, the tourist needs ECC.

Not sure what the requirement of Spain is. However, to travel to US, both passports (the valid and the expired one with the visa) should be from the same country.
@rizara - saan po kayo pupunta? Sa Spain po ba? If you're a dual citizen (Egypt & PH), citizens of Egypt and PH need to apply for a visa to Spain. You won't be able to pass through PH immigration (or the airline checkin) if you don't have a valid visa. Your US visa is for entry to the US - it won't allow you entry to Spain. Also, if you use your Egyptian passport, it's no longer valid for travel (unless to Egypt) since its validity is less than 6 months. If you use your PH passport, then you'll need a visa for Spain.
@@billyjoe1888 only natural born Filipino citizens (who have naturalized in other countries) can opt to reacquire their Filipino citizenship & become dual citizens. If you're a natural-born US citizen, you can apply for PH citizenship (it's a long process) but you'll have to renounce your US citizenship. If you want to have other citizenships, you can try Mexico or other Lat-Am countries which allow it. You can also check your family tree. Some countries allow citizenship by descent (based on your parents or grandparents' citizenship).
@@frankmclaughlin8571FYI Americans even if married to Fil can't be PH citizens unless born in PH & PH congress should approve or not their request Foreigners are not allowed to own lands & full business ownership in PH if your PH friends or wife are telling you otherwise don't believe them they're fooling you If you don't believe me consult a PH lawyer or the PH Bureau of Immigration
Yes. You need AOS if not self funded trip. The revised guideline is meant to standardized the immigration requirements. Eh, reklamador ang mga Pinoy. So what will happen now is dependent on the immigration officer na matapat sayo at kung ano ang mood nya for the day.
More red tape on top of red tape. When will they ever learn? The majority of passengers flying into the Philippines are balikbayan travelers, who have a specific reason to travel there. Only a small segment are the leisure tourists who want to see the Philippines. If you really want to attract tourists, streamline the system. Make it easier for tourists, not harder.
🇵🇭 really trying to encourage visitors. They know they are in competition with all those other countriies over there, for me im trying vietnam, if i dont like, its cheap to get a flight to 🇵🇭. But once on the ground you got cambodia loas and Thailand. They got to see the money they are losing. Covid was a wake up call and these countries got to feel the lost money from tourist. I bought 1 way ticket because i dont have a clue when im going back home.
Philippines is the only country in world, where a filipino leaving for work or tourism in other countries, need to search for a person in destination country , to write a letter of invitation for the filipino , and where the person writing the letter of invitation , need to send a copy of his/her ID to the filipino . Which foreigner will be willing to send his /her ID , to a filipino who could be a stranger to the foreigner ??? And the filipino leaving the Philippines for tourism need to spend thousands of pesos, to do lots of paper work , and notarisation and authentication and all kind of nonsense paper work, just to go for few days vacation outside Philippines. When filipino people want to go overseas to work , the Philippines gov engaged in nonsense virtue signaling +pretending to want to protect filipinos from human trafficking , + Philippines gov dont help the Philippines people to easily get job overseas, but Philippines gov instead put many many hurdles to hinder filipinos finding job overseas, +Philippines gov instead banned filipinos from finding jobs directly with overseas employers even when the filipino already know the foreign employer very well, but Philippines gov instead engage in virtue signaling, by falsely claiming that Philippines gov want to protect filipino people from human trafficking , +hence no fiipino person is allowed to work for any foreign employer overseas directly, But instead all filipinos wanting to work overseas, must pay 85,000 pesos to 200,000 pesos to an employment agency owned by some Philippines politicians , even if the filipino person already knows +is close to the employer he/she wants to work for overseas, +role of the employment agency is simply to find out bio details of filipino, +to simply type in all details on many pages of forms, asking nonsense questions that are unrelated to the overseas jobs, eg name+date of birth +birth certs + occupation of filipino job seeker's father +mother +grand ma+grand father +uncle+auntie+niece+nephew +thousands of completely useless info, +ironical thing is when filipino job seeker eventually arrive at foreign employer's country for work, all these nonsene POEA papers costing 85,000 pesos to 200,000 pesos of filipino's money , are simply dumped into trash bin, since the gov and employer in overseas country does not need even 1 page of these nonsense POEA papers, +the purpose all these nonsense Philippines POEA papers, are to enrich the Philippines politicians, who own these employment agencies.
Number of foreign tourists visiting Philippines has already dropped very dramatically , from 8 million foreign tourists in year 2019, during time of Duterte , the best president of Philippines to 5 million foreign tourists, during time of Marcos Bong , the worst ever president of Philippines, due to so much nonsense requirements , when entering and when leaving Philippines. Who wants to go for vacation and spend hours and weeks, queing up to do nonsense paper and authentication and notarisation and other nonsense paper work??????

can a filipina leve to go to scotland on a Visitor visa - for UK and what are her REQUIREMENTS she will need ??? or please do a new video about it thanks love your video,s keep up the brill work you do
She might not know UK’s requirement as she is in US and her videos are focused more on travel and requirements between US and PH.
Hi! I have applied for a visit visa in the UK last year just to gov.uk all the information needed and requirements are there..Goodluck and Godbless!
I just left Phil as tourist going to Australia just 3 days ago, and no hassles if you are not first time tourist, they do not ask or interrogate😊
Hope this helps a bit.
Im US citizen im departing the philippines on 21 April 2024 . Do i need to do my etravel going back to US?
Did they ask for e-travel when you went back? I’m leaving soon
Hi , I am leaving to go to the U.S. Next week on Thursday. What kind of paper work do I need ? Like health clearance or covid shots, or what? I am a U.S. Citizen, I have a permanent visa, I have been here in the Philippines for 4 years now.
I leave on September 21
Hello. No need for Covid shots. No health clearance.
Thank you sis😊
Thank you for watching!
Hi mam..is ECC required for a minor ,US passport holder traveling with one parent from Philippines to USA?
It doesn’t matter if the person is an adult or minor. What determines the need for ECC is if the foreign tourist stayed for 6 months or more in PH. If so, the tourist needs ECC.
How about po k1 visa need pa rin po ba ng cfo ?
Yes as that is an immigrant visa.
how can i do ECC at airport?? i have 9F visa
Sana matulungan nyo po ako slamat n god bless us
Not sure what the requirement of Spain is.
Ma'am I do not recall US citizens are able to get dual citizenship
Just wishful thinking for Americans married to Filipino’s should have the choice.
@@frankmclaughlin8571 yes u come to America dual .we go to any other countries denied..I believe it should go both ways
Ma'am ganun padin walang pinag bago sabe lang suspended peru Hindi may aos padin kahit suspended ang new guidelines
Yes. You need AOS if not self funded trip. The revised guideline is meant to standardized the immigration requirements. Eh, reklamador ang mga Pinoy. So what will happen now is dependent on the immigration officer na matapat sayo at kung ano ang mood nya for the day.
Tama Kajan 😉 hirap i pls yan mga yan
Can I exit without acr card I'm a permanent resident
Permanent resident has to apply for re-entry permit, not ECC
So you mean K1 visa no need cfo ?😮
You need it. K1 is an immigrant visa.
Oh, my God, visit the Philippines requires too much bureaucracy. Never mind i'm going to thailand
Thailand 10x worse
Thailand is much harder, especially if u stay for extended period.
Madam what is ecc
Exit Clearance Certificate
do i need an exit clearance if i am a foreign national and only stay for 16 days?
Philippines is the only country in world,
where a filipino leaving for work or tourism in other countries,
need to search for a person in destination country ,
to write a letter of invitation for the filipino ,
and where the person writing the letter of invitation ,
need to send a copy of his/her ID to the filipino .
Which foreigner will be willing to send his /her ID ,
to a filipino who could be a stranger to the foreigner ???
And the filipino leaving the Philippines for tourism need to spend thousands of pesos,
to do lots of paper work ,
and notarisation and authentication and all kind of nonsense paper work,
just to go for few days vacation outside Philippines.
When filipino people want to go overseas to work ,
the Philippines gov engaged in nonsense virtue signaling
+pretending to want to protect filipinos from human trafficking ,
+ Philippines gov dont help the Philippines people to easily get job overseas,
but Philippines gov instead put many many hurdles to hinder filipinos finding job overseas, +Philippines gov instead banned filipinos from finding jobs directly with overseas employers even when the filipino already know the foreign employer very well,
but Philippines gov instead engage in virtue signaling,
by falsely claiming that Philippines gov want to protect filipino people from human trafficking , +hence no fiipino person is allowed to work for any foreign employer overseas directly,
But instead all filipinos wanting to work overseas,
must pay 85,000 pesos to 200,000 pesos to an employment agency owned by some Philippines politicians ,
even if the filipino person already knows +is close to the employer he/she wants to work for overseas,
+role of the employment agency is simply to find out bio details of filipino,
+to simply type in all details on many pages of forms,
asking nonsense questions that are unrelated to the overseas jobs,
eg name+date of birth +birth certs + occupation of filipino job seeker's father +mother +grand ma+grand father +uncle+auntie+niece+nephew
+thousands of completely useless info,
+ironical thing is when filipino job seeker eventually arrive at foreign employer's country for work, all these nonsene POEA papers costing 85,000 pesos to 200,000 pesos of filipino's money ,
are simply dumped into trash bin,
since the gov and employer in overseas country does not need even 1 page of these nonsense POEA papers,
+the purpose all these nonsense Philippines POEA papers, are to enrich the Philippines politicians,
who own these employment agencies.
Where to get the departure card for 1st time immigrant traveller po?
I don't understand the ward you talking about, You bring nothing but a CONFUSUIN statement.
Number of foreign tourists visiting Philippines has already dropped very dramatically ,
from 8 million foreign tourists in year 2019,
during time of Duterte ,
the best president of Philippines
to 5 million foreign tourists,
during time of Marcos Bong ,
the worst ever president of Philippines,
due to so much nonsense requirements ,
when entering and when leaving Philippines.
Who wants to go for vacation and spend hours and weeks,
queing up to do nonsense paper and authentication and notarisation
and other nonsense paper work??????
So now: if a Filippino has a U.S. K1 visa to migrate to the U.S. where he will marry his American fiance, what does he need to do?
Thank you.
P.S. The Senate President is right: all this stupid red tape for a Filippino citizen to leave the country is a clear and irrefutable violation of his constitutional rights.

Please Maam, you always talking about USA travellers coming and going to the Philippines. I find that so insulting as there are so many other nationalities visiting, myself for one with a 30 year history of coming to the Philippines. I think you should bear that in mind!
Hi and thanks for the video. I am Canadian citizen. I have been in Philippines for 7 months. My visa is balakbayan 1 year as I am married to philippina. We are going to Canada 1 week from now. Leaving at Clark airport direct to Taipei then Canada. I need an exit clearance. Do you know if I can get at Clark airport? Or what should I do we live in province. Nearest immigration office is 3 hours away.
Thank you for the time.
this is not true
