1) Must sell everything in stacks of 999
2) Can only sell items in the shipping collection tab
3) Can only sell each stack of items once
4) 25% profit margin

Playing through stardew valley with an interesting ruleset that I came up with. I'm not sure how difficult it will be but I'm excited to find out.
Stardew Valley is a farming sim role-playing game. Players take the role of a character who inherits their grandfather's old farm. Stardew Valley is open-ended, allowing players to grow crops, raise livestock, fish, cook, mine, forage, and socialize with the townspeople, including the ability to marry and have children.

After seeing you go at this, I've already tried my own and restarted the world with this same challenge. Kudos to you because this challenge is so frustrating lol. First world I planned poorly and just didn't have the money (I'm not doing the 25% funds, just normal). Also I really appreciate you leaning into the day resets because so many SD challenges I see decide against it, when I feel like most of us actually do that. So seeing someone else rage against the timer/bad planning to go for the redo to optimize was really appreciated. And your edits are really entertaining! I am very excited to see the next part of your journey Dova!
Question for your run - if you get a treasure chest while fishing for the community center, will you sell it since it doesn't show up on any of the tabs, or throw it out? I got one in mine and due to my lack of funds decided to use it since it didn't show up on the tab and desperately needed the g's, but was curious of how you'll handle it. Seeing someone throw away a treasure chest will be a first for me, but I definitely understand the need to use it
It's not a speedrun or anything, so i think resetting days is fine. I'm not going to use it to absolutely fully optimise every day though, since that just wouldn't be fun. Only if something that'll ruin the rest of the month happens really. On top of resetting the days if I must. I also have backups that I make every month. This is just in case I miss count and sell 1000 items instead of 999, since there is nothing else I can do about that. With the treasure chest. I will be trashing it, or most likely, let it sit in a chest forever. However, if you want to sell it, go ahead :)

I watched the other 2 videos but never commented, and I just want to say this series is amazing! I might just torture myself and give it a try lol.
It is very fun but will take a very long time to grind out some of the items. Highly recommend it if you like stupid grindy stuff though xD

Yep, don't worry. I harvested everything everyday. I just couldn't really show it because it takes sooo long to harvest everything 😅
And I'm surprised I thought of retaining soil at all, usually I just send it straight to the trash xD
You should make a play list ofvthe series and also number the episodes
The playlist of the series is already on the channel, although I should probably be putting it in the description and endscreen
animation cancelling would save you a lot of time when watering
Yeah, I know. I just don't feel too good about animation cancelling since you need a separate script to run in the background for it to work
