If Richard Hill says 'watch this guy', you know he's going to be great
I love how negative people already are in the comments about Feyi-Waboso. Insecurity over getting disappointed again i suppose.
Hes shown promise, it's only been a few months, and we have a gap on wingers at the moment. Here's hoping he hits his stride but it's unrealistic to think a winger is going to be a one man star in professional rugby after 3 months. Hes a natural talent at the beginning of his career, thats all anyone knows at the moment
Come on England!
Harsh on Roebuck!
He's not new to the camp? He's been involved before
@@Simwil33 Hardly
@@tomw4322yes, but that's still the reason
So excited about this squad
Come on England if we play we’ll be top three
Not much mention of Freeman, he’s probably the biggest prospect for us
We all know about Freeman and he's already capped
he's so dense light bends around him
take your stereotypical and vague trolling somewhere else please.
& Roebuck??
Come on England!!
With Feyi-Waboso, his selection is positive because England overlook talented wings far too often. There seems to have been a shift to selecting wing/fullback hybrids based on the fear of the oppositions aerial game. For me it would have been great to see Adam Radwan selected on one wing, Feyi-Waboso on the other with George Furbank at full back. Instead of trying to nullify an opposition, why not pick a back three that might make the odd error, but could really ask some questions.
Defense and kick chase is more important in international rugby.
@@David-ud9ju but I don’t think it should be the only factor.
For me Furbank has had ample opportunities and missed them all.
@@timealone7906 I think he was selected too soon under Eddie Jones. He was a player of potential but hadn’t actually played consistently well for Northampton. He seemed to be one of those left field Jones picks. But this season I’ve been pleasantly surprised at just how good he’s been in all aspects of play. I cannot see Borthwick selecting him over Steward, but I think he should.
@@darthmaul408 I just don't see Furbank they way you do. If my team is Vs Northampton he's not a scary name to see on the teamsheet. You can disagree which I'm sure you will, but that's my honest opinion.
He's not super fast, his footwork is average, he not the best in the air, he's just a good player but not a standout. I'd take Arundell if he wasn't staying in France, then you get a player who has that star quality. The more players you can get with that bit of magic the better. Arundell was picked early and scored 5 tries and was still dropped, why pick a player that if I remember right, dropped the ball constantly made minus metres and was completely ineffective at international level.
He's basically Elliot Daly without the monster boot, which is not an insult in anyway.
Hopefully Josh Hodge is on their radar too. Admit he's been injured
Flexibility of positions is not important , he will disappear without trace .
Two New Zealanders among the new kids. Both are loose forwards.
Chandler was born in Bromley, Kent. Both his parents are English nationals.
Tom Roebuck???
Tom Roebuck has been in an England camp before. This was a focus on the fresh faces in camp.
@@englandrugbyfair enough. Thanks for the reply 🌹
Thanks England first pin?
Good to see a new addition, the issue for Borthwick is that the prem is so chock full of overseas and non eqp players that the pool available to him is limited, include eqp players playing abroad who are not eligible to play for England and his pool is even worse. Mind you maybe this is the chickens coming home to roost for borthwick, because when he won the premiership with Leicester he did so fielding up to 11 non eqp players every match day! English rugby is broken!
We’re in the best position we’ve been in for four years….third best team in the world! Not all doom and gooom
If not for the eligibility debate, no one would be talking about Feyi-Waboso. The English are just interested in boasting that they got him and are massively overstating his ability. Good player but not world class.
I don’t know what rugby you’ve been watching but for a 21 year old to be playing like he is in the prem is impressive.
The development he’ll get within the England squad will only make him better. Let’s hope he’s not as injury prone as Watson.
You don't just get to decide whether or not a 21-year old is or isn't 'world class'. He's super young and doing extremely well. This is the problem with social media - no one can just shut up, it always has to be about coining terms, ranking everybody, usually putting people down. Let's just see how he does. In England we have a terrible history of over-hyping and putting immense pressure on young athletes. Just enjoy the rugby.
@joeboonmusic4004 Joe you always talk sense mate
@@joeboonmusic4004 completely agree my man, he looks like he has the ability, looking forward to seeing him in an England shirt
@@-NemoMeImpuneLacessit Thanks man! Just fed up of the negativity surrounding English rugby specifically. Far too many armchair pundits weighing in.
