103 of the charges are technical phony charges brought by PL because the big charges are wrong or hard to prove. The most/only significant charge is that the sponsorship from Etihad Airlines was inflated. History has proven that completely wrong. The enormous success of Man City and Citygroup around the world have given Etihad Airlines exceptional value back.
Related to the sponsorship is possibly charges that Man City cooked the books, that is the owners paid part of the supposed sponsorship. This is highly unlikely because Man City's accounts were scrutinized thoroughly by their revision bureaus.

It's difficult when you can't beat someone on the football field, because of that the club interests of other teams come to the fore. Why are you not so concerned with the new ManUnited scandal, in which they received discounts from the Premier League to avoid punishment that 19 other clubs did not? Yes, fair play, interesting interpretation...
The whole thing is starting to become a little unreliable, because you can see what it is about. It doesn't matter which team breaks the rules, but which clubs the league represents.
We will be able to watch Serie A, because the Premier League is already more corrupt than La Liga, and that is not easy to say.

Tbf, the guy is the CEO, he's not a legal professional and will probably play no part in this hearing or even have anything to do with the rules the PL enforce. People greatly overestimate a CEO's involvement in a business's operations. A CEO is a yes/no man. He gets things put on his desk, and he says "will this make us money?" His directors say "yes" and he signs off on it. That being said, he is the face of the business, and should be open and transparent about matters.

Trust me I'm not on Man City's side, Im a Liverpool fan, so anything but, what I'm saying is the CEO doesn't run a company. A CEO for a multi-million pound company does not run that company. The managers and directors do. The sales staff do, the marketing managers do, they are the people responsible for how a company is run. The CEO and the owners do not run a company. Take Man Utd for example, all the fans are blaming the owners, but its not their fault, they've pumped all the money in for the last 10 years, it's the director of football, the team manager, and the players that have let them down.

The EPL charges against MC relate to a very long period, up to 12 seasons. The EPL rules changed over those periods, so the basis for acceptable and unacceptable financial activities will change from season to season. The system was therefore inconsistent and arbitrary. It should be relatively easy then for the MC lawyers to raise sufficient doubt in the panel's mind as to whether there was a deliberate purposeful and consistent pattern of MC abusing the financial regulations. Doubtless the panel will take ages to review all this and then find some minor grievances and fine MC accordingly, maybe throw in a suspended points deduction and a recommendation for the EPL to adopt new financial regulations closer to the UEFA FFP.

I recently heard someone say they had long suspected Manchester City of financial manipulation, dating back to 2011 when the club signed big names like Dzeko, Tevez, Balotelli, and Aguero. They mentioned how, at the time, it seemed obvious that a club struggling to fill its stadium and sell merchandise couldn’t afford such talent without bending the rules. Now, with the evidence of financial misconduct becoming clearer, they feel vindicated in their suspicions
They also pointed out how recently Manchester City debuted a player who had been transferred multiple times within the City Group’s network, seeing this as another example of the financial games the club plays. They raised concerns about the integrity of the club, especially in light of City accusing the league of racism when questioned, similar to what PSG has done in the past
What really struck me was their strong stance on defending football’s integrity. They argued that anyone supporting City’s ownership is contributing to the undermining of the sport. They referenced Everton’s recent eight-point deduction for a single charge, suggesting that City, with its 115 charges, deserves a far greater penalty, including stripping their titles won under such dubious circumstances. It’s a harsh view, but I can see their point

Yes that correct because uefa already heard a case against them and found them guilty and that decision or judgement was not acted upon by the premier league. This 115 breaches is separate and is being tested by a fully independent legal commission. That case has to be allowed to go through due process without outside influence. Once the commission has made judgement the premier league must act on any guilty verdict in a consistent way, with how it dealt with other clubs.
