Video number 20: another great review of this set, I have the exact same problems that you have with this set on mine. It's still a good build and a cool looking warthog but I think they could have done maybe a few things differently to make it even better. A really good review that wrapped everything up nicely, also that moc looks really cool with the sets on it
I only have a couple of megablocks that’s right that’s how old they are they aren’t called construx. But I am just glad to see some more halo mega videos!
Great review. I'm really looking at it just for that Forge figure. The face sculpt is fantastic (probably for some villain rather than Forge) and, as you point out, those details like the Ace card might not be readily visible in 'real life' but *really* come into play for stop motions where you get close to the figure. BTW : You sound like a Brit. How did you get hold of this set and (if its OK) what did you pay? BTW2 : Great MOC
Thanks for all the positive feedback. I would get one of these sets if you can before the price goes through the roof like all Halo Mega sets do. I watched this set for ages on Amazon.com (Not Available on Amazon.co.uk) hoping it would drop in price but in the end paid $46.38 plus postage ($16 for the Hog, the Frostraven, and the Cryo Marines fire team). Yes I am a Brit, I get most new sets from Amazon.com and second hand sets from Ebay UK. Thanks again for watching.
I actually managed to get Forge AND the marine in the the hog with their weapons. You just really have to try and squeeze the doors shut. I do kinda like the look of the doors, but you are right in saying that they aren't very high quality.
I'll have to have another go as I'll be building it again soon, I haven't built it since I made that video a long time ago. Really looking forward to building that and the Frostraven again.
If I'm correct lego made a patent where there the only building block brand that can number their bags I know it sounds stupid and I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's why the bags aren't numbered

What color eyes does the Sgt Forge figure have?
I don't think they are coloured.
The eyes are holes in the head there is no color other than shadow.
