What a great haul 😊! Very impressed with your technique for the wagon loads - it looks really good. And tye magnetic switching for carriage lights has really given me food for thought. Many thanks for sharing 👍🚂
Hi Darryl Thanks for your lovely comment Just enjoy making the loads myself, ones you can buy don't look realistic. Got a couple of sets of the magnetic lighting to do my HST. If you're on dc it's ideal. Thanks again for watching Darryl. ....Pete....
👋 Hi Pete, great to see you back in the shed & an update on your layout. Them Seacows are a nice looking wagon and look well with the new loads 👍 nice job. I like the 'Campbells' PVA curtainside wagon as well, it's good that Hornby have re-released these. Take care mucker, all the best.......Andy
Hi Andy. Thank you for your nice comment buddy. Yeah do like the seacows, not buying any more though. Just recommended Doncaster to someone, enjoyed it more than GETS. Hope you're all good Andy. Thanks for watching. ....Pete....
@@ModelTrainOutsider Hi Anthony. Thank you for your nice comment. Happy with them with a great price. Found a brilliant shop that I wasn't expecting to find at a heritage railway. Hope to see you at GETS. Thanks for watching buddy. ....Pete....
Enjoyed your video and suggest that before you start making the loads for your wagon you line them with cling film , this can be removed once the glue has set making it easier to remove the load should you want to run empty wagons.
@@grumpygrandad4418 Hi ya. Thank you for your nice comment. Appreciate the cling film tip, but leave the pva to stick to the sides so the load doesn't move. Thank you for watching. ....Pete....

Wow! "I think I have enough locos" I've never heard that one before. 😁 Those coaches were a good deal. I'd like to have some of those in LMS or L&YR liveries but I don't think they ever did them. Cheers!

Great vlog Pete, the coaches are pretty good actually and you got them at a good price. I'm with you with the Seacows, 6 looks about right for our layouts. GETS should be a blast but we'll look at the car parking situation soon and probably go with a private carpark and pay the money.
Hi ya Andy. Thanks for your nice comment buddy. Yeah happy with the coaches, just got to get a loco of the right period to pull them now. Do like the seacows but 6 are enough. So hope GETS isn't like Last year. We stay at the Premier Inn couple of miles away and get the cab to the venue. Great live today Andy. Loved all the smokey bits.🚂 Thanks for watching mate. ....Pete....
Hi Pete, those coaches are lovely very reasonable considering they each have lights in them. The lights on your layout are also fantastic. Lovely video
