Mag autolyse method ka, meaning after imix ang ingredients ipa rest mo ng 30 mins bago ka mag start magknead para malambot at madali lang ang kneading process mo
I will shared my dough recipe that i used sa burger buns, slice bread, hotdog or sausage buns, pandesal, mungbeans buns, pande coco, ensaymada, spanish bread and manymore for over 1 decade😅. 5 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup + 4 tbsp Milk 7 tbsp butter soft Soft melted or Margarine 1 1/2 tbsp active Dry yeast 1/4 cup sugar or 1/2 cup if you preferred sweet 2 large eggs Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 375 f Warm up milk in a microwave for 1 minutes if you used milk in a can pag fresh milk naman from the fridge 2 minutes. Add on the sugar and yeast mix and let it bloom for 3 minutes. Ilagay mo na sa dry ingredients included eggs, then mix and knead (i used a mixer) pag nahalo na lahat saka mo ilagay ang butter or margarine then mix and knead until the dough is smooth, Put the dough sa malaking bown lagyan ng kaunting oil para di dumikit then cover it ng towel and let it bloom for 40 minutes then punched mo sa gitna ng mawala ang air and cut into a bread you want to cook but i usually use digital na timbangan para the same ang laki at even ang pagka luto. Any breads you makes be sure to let it rest for 20 minutes before baking.

Am i missing something followed all directions dough is so dry... wasted everything did it twice sighed... useless
Kung dry ang dough mo while mixing, add more liquid like start a tbsp at a time. Are you using cups for measurements or weighing scale?
