  • Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training originally designed to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. Our program is led by Dr. Michael Krasner and Dr. Patricia Luck of URMC, who combined have over40 years of experience with thousands of participants from all walks of life and many living with significant life limiting or life altering conditions offers a unique experience to build greater capacity for living fully with whatever challenges we face in the present, while building resilience for whatever future experiences we face.
