One thing I've noticed is Squeezie's confidence level and desire to participate has increased tremendously since she's been received well as an artist. I'm so glad she's come out of her shell a little bit. All the kids have creative talent. Wa is an amazing sketch artist and musician. Ralphie is showing promise with his metal art. Plus he's getting good at welding. I know you guys must be busting open with pride as parents.
Josh, I'll give you a tip to save your roof ac this time: measure how tall your vehicle is from the ground to the top of your roof ac cover. Write feet/inches how tall it is on your driver side sun visor. You will thank me when you see a low bridge height and try to drive under it👌

Drivetrain, interior, HVAC, all updated --- ~~~~~ She's ready for the open road now!! Wow-just an amazing job. She's got more character and patina than any new RV!!!!!

I have enjoyed this project. As someone who has changed coil springs before and got bit by them, very dangerous but glad yall had an easier time than I had. And more I learn about Wawa we are so similar. I love Tabasco(hottest in my opinion) and Jalapeños but I am also an early to bed and early to rise person. I'm sooo glad you were able to fix that oil leak especially after all you went through to drop the pan. Wawa impressed me when she lifted the rv wheel up to put it on
Grease in the caps is definitely the way to go. It doesn’t do much until you get a hot bearing, then the grease in the cap will warm up and flow into the bearing.
When Ralphie was fishing on the floating dock ,you could have made a reference to Outlaw Josey Wales..... " Ralphie have you ever been on a Missouri boat ride"? 😂
@Sleeperdude check out Dale Hollow Lake on the Tennessee/Kentucky border. Supposed to have great fishing, clean water, and beautiful scenery. Close enough for your family getaway to test the RV safely and I think your family would all have a great time. I'm from PA so I have nothing to gain personally from this suggestion but I do want to spend a week on this lake enjoying everything it has to offer some day. All the best to you and your family! 🙂

I love this build, so much improvement this episode. I do think I'd narrow that table in the rear a few inches on each side and maybe round the edges and corners for safety and a little more room. maybe even make padded edge cushions for it.
Sure hope these long form vids are paying off well, because they are the best to watch. Being able to see a project followed through is so good. It's got to be a ton more work to edit and put together, so sure hope it's worth all the effort. Can't believe the Mini is ready to roll into the campground in a few weeks!! It's incredible that everything has finally come together and Ralphie has been able to aggressively cross items off that punch list. Just can't help thinking with everyone of these vids how much all those 20 years in the bodyshop helps to know how to take apart and put back together every one of these vehicles. Understood the engine work is the strongest interest, but putting wrecked cars back together again has got to help know how all the rest of it goes back together. Seeing all of that is what makes Sleeperdude the impeccable teacher that he is. Good strong work on this one all y'all!!
After reading your comments about the dangers of coils springs I used to just take a small chain and ty it loosely around them anchored to the frame somewhere near using 2 bolts to ty the chains together and you don't have to worry about it now more as the chain will keep it from going any where, love the videos I can't wait for the next one to come out. They are my favorite period.
Great chanel. I just wanted to say how important backing plates are. They are used to control air flow to your disk brake rotors to keep them cool. Also, you could have taken lower engine mounts loose, fan shroud bolts off, and put a screw jack under harmonic balancer to raise front of engine. Put blocks under engine mounts after raising then remove screw jack, then pan should come out. Some times you have to (fudge) the pan around. Keep up the great content.
Josh, those impact electric crimpers work great, ...But, as with any DC electric connection, you should coat the wire and the lug with die-electric grease. It's not a matter of if, but when, it'll start corroding. I still think you should find a place and put in a house battery, make it to where it will charge when hooked to shore power, and it will provide the power when running off the battery. Also put a battery disconnect so you can charge going down the road and disconnect it from engine battery so you never discharge the the main battery. And lastly, I think Squeeze should be allowed to paint the entire outside of the camper! Bless you all, and for all you do for us viewers!
Wow what a family the kids are so keen to learn from dad & mum Tosh turns her hands to anything you all deserve to now have a very reliable rv great job done by all congratulations to you all.

Get another safety switch for the inverter side , the inverter puts out 12 volts only your alternator puts out 13 to 14 volts and 60 to 120 amps it will fry the inverter or your generator if you back feed it ..
You guys convinced me to get an old motorhome and fix it up. I can't be the only one. I think we should all get together and convoy to the beach or something.

I can't believe Ralphie didn't go "clean up mafia" on that crosssmember while it was out. LOL So glad you're repair worked... pulling that motor back out would have been sooooooo disappointing, or... as y'all say "unfortunate" 😂
One thing I can suggest is to weld you some tabs on the mount your generator is on so you can chain it and lock it. I’ve had a couple stolen off race trailers that were just ratchet strapped
@47:00,, Tasha having a set of cooking goodies in the MH,, that is the perfect scenario Tash,, get your 'home away from home' 100% set up with EVERYTHING the family needs - with exception of food. That a way when the urge strikes to take a short or long trip all you need do is jump in,, stop for a fill up of fuel 'n groceries and you're on your way! Upon return to home base,, do up the laundry and put it back, remove ALL left over food stuff so the mices don't have an excuse to visit and the little coach is ready to go again 🙂

Our pleasure! Thank you
Love your videos. Very inspirational. My family is similar to yours, and we just began our first rv fixer upper endeavor. It's going well.
I truly appreciate how patient and loving you are with your family. Inspirational is an understatement. Blessings from central minnesota.
Family is what it's all about love this channel!!!God Bless!!!
👍
@47:00,, Tasha having a set of cooking goodies in the MH,, that is the perfect scenario Tash,, get your 'home away from home' 100% set up with EVERYTHING the family needs - with exception of food. That a way when the urge strikes to take a short or long trip all you need do is jump in,, stop for a fill up of fuel 'n groceries and you're on your way! Upon return to home base,, do up the laundry and put it back, remove ALL left over food stuff so the mices don't have an excuse to visit and the little coach is ready to go again 🙂
Also get a kitty with extra tooties for mice eradication!😂😂😂😂😂
Y’all need more vehicles so I can watch more of ur videos
Coming soon
Looks awesome, can't wait to see a camping trip! Yall should take it to a truck scale and see what it weighs post rebuild compared to factory.
Yeah we should
What a family! WhT a channel! You all rock. My favourite moment was Ralphie using the ole lean the head on the trim piece to hold in place until ready with the screw… lol you are one awesome fella Ralphie 🎉❤
