I started using zip up garment bags(in the clothes storage section at Walmart) for all my bulletin board pieces and posters several years ago. I organized them by seasons/holidays or subject. They've lasted really well and I can hang them on hooks in an out of the way place. Just grab the one you need, lay it across a table, and find what you need easily. They're super inexpensive too! Usually only $2-$5 each!

If only I could plan that many months ahead! Lol. We plan 2 weeks at a time depending on the performance of the students. I could surely plan for the next month, but if most of students have not mastered the skill or the previous lesson motivated a next skill then my preparation for the next month will be thrown off. Anyway, I love your organization pieces!

Love the organization!!!! Instead of buying so many of the monthly bins, couldn't you use a set of 3 for all of the months? Once a month is done, take supplies out and place new month stuff in? When September is over, do you just keep contents in the plastic containers for next year?

What size are the Iris bins, Amazon has them but in different sizes. The nearest Michael's is almost two hours from me. Thanks

Karen Bowen use ziplock backs or even better freezer quart size ziplock backs...hole punch if you need it in 3 ring binder
