I am impressed with the machine lay out, nice walk around. Had the privilege of being unloaded with a 880D by Sureway logging recently. The machine is fast,smooth, and even though I personally would go with a dangle head the Sureway operator made work look smooth and easy with the power clam
I run a 880 great machine but who ever come up with that power clam for short wood obviously has never used anything else I affectionately refer to it as a root rake!
I've got 5200hrs on our 875E with this grapple. It rolls the short wood up exceptionally well, as compared to the other power clam grapple they used to use. We have that grapple on our older 875.
