To hear you describe Nancy as your best friends was so moving. We lost a beautiful Bischon Frise just before their 11th birthday in September 2022, and the grief was just the most raw and brutal that I have ever experienced. Seeing you be so emotional and talk so tenderly about your special girl really resonated. As goes the saying, "Grief is the price we pay for love" May you flourish in 2025 and beyond.
Your wonderful and inspirational..I'd love to be in your shoes yomping the beautiful stunning countryside and the work you do with the rescue dogs..have a superb 2025 and the next time your down in Cornwall come and say Hi and we'll walk the Cornish Alps possibly! 👍😀💚
Don’t forget about yourself also , fine thinking and helping animals but you have also got to help you , have had many pets over the years that have sadly passed lost the body of the animal but still retain the memories and spirit of them , so have two out of the three is better than none ,

It was heartbreaking seeing you so upset talking about Miss Nancy and your struggles this year, I just wanted to give you a big hug. I loved your videos from Northumberland in the summer not far from me and wanted to let you know how much your videos inspire and entertain me. I mentioned to you I lost my 13 year old black lab Dexter in January this year which has been tough on me too. I've been boarding friends dogs at my house over the summer but have just decided the time was right and got my new red fox Labrador puppy Ludo to help me heal the pain. Keep doing what you are sound and stay true to yourself. All the best for the year ahead. Xx

I’ve had to say goodbye to many dogs in my life, but having had dogs since I was a teenager, I’ll have them as part of my life for as long as I can. Thank you for your videos, Tori. The heartbreak you feel in losing Miss Nancy is only a fraction of the love you feel for her. I have had greyhounds as pets for over 25 years and my heart breaks each time I have to say that final goodbye. We lost our Dashie boy in June and Crumpet has been an only hound since then. We will adopt a new greyhound in the New Year and we will have another family member. It does take time, and it will take as long as you need it to. Hope you have a Happy New Year Tori! 🍾🥂 This year has not been the best for me neither… lost my 14 year old cat to cancer in August. When your dear Miss Nancy passed I felt sorry for the loss you felt and also dreaded the inevitable for my poor Misty. I got another cat about a month after she was gone… it definitely didn’t completely take away the pain and heartache, but she absolutely helped and I’m very glad I got her… we all grieve in our own ways, but I’m sure Miss Nancy would want you to rescue another dog when you’re ready. Hoping 2025 will be a much better year!!🥂

I still think he'll be coming through the door any minute now. I do have twelve and a half years of memories of him and my two girls, (black and white pussycats), who have been so loving, bless them. Hi Tori - a beautiful video that brought back such happy memories from the last time I took my sons on holiday together many years ago(they were 11 and 9) - we spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Devon and their favourite place was Haytor, where they spent their time hunting for insects and bugs using the safari kit we'd got in the toyshop in Exeter (now long gone)and we even saw a black adder (a real one, not Rowan Atkinson!). What really inspires from your videos is the sense of wonder and excitement at the natural beauty we have in Britain and the joy to be had from what is on our doorsteps if only we took the time to embrace it. I wish you all the very best for 2025 and hope that all your wishes and plans come together - there will be a very lucky greyhound out there somewhere and when the time and conditions are right you'll find each other - they won't ever replace Nancy of course, but they'll be loved, fussed over and indulged just as much - take care and a very happy and rewarding new year to you

Hope you have a Happy New Year Tori! 🍾🥂 This year has not been the best for me neither… lost my 14 year old cat to cancer in August. When your dear Miss Nancy passed I felt sorry for the loss you felt and also dreaded the inevitable for my poor Misty. I got another cat about a month after she was gone… it definitely didn’t completely take away the pain and heartache, but she absolutely helped and I’m very glad I got her… we all grieve in our own ways, but I’m sure Miss Nancy would want you to rescue another dog when you’re ready. Hoping 2025 will be a much better year!!🥂

Thank you Tori. You help many many people. Another wonderful video. I lost my beautiful tabby, Sam, so suddenly on the 27th November this year and I feel broken. I still think he'll be coming through the door any minute now. I do have twelve and a half years of memories of him and my two girls, (black and white pussycats), who have been so loving, bless them. Hi Tori - a beautiful video that brought back such happy memories from the last time I took my sons on holiday together many years ago(they were 11 and 9) - we spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Devon and their favourite place was Haytor, where they spent their time hunting for insects and bugs using the safari kit we'd got in the toyshop in Exeter (now long gone)and we even saw a black adder (a real one, not Rowan Atkinson!). What really inspires from your videos is the sense of wonder and excitement at the natural beauty we have in Britain and the joy to be had from what is on our doorsteps if only we took the time to embrace it. I wish you all the very best for 2025 and hope that all your wishes and plans come together - there will be a very lucky greyhound out there somewhere and when the time and conditions are right you'll find each other - they won't ever replace Nancy of course, but they'll be loved, fussed over and indulged just as much - take care and a very happy and rewarding new year to you
