Often times in marriage or long-term relationships, the friendship between you two can get neglected, and therefore the connection between you both dissipates.
This is why doing FUN activities together, activities that both of you find enjoyable the best case scenario.
Also, when you say, "Why don't you ever want to spend time with me?" This is a non-solution focused question. Sometimes making a statement that gets to the root of the issue and solves the problem is much more effective. For example if you say, "Let's go miniature golfing tonight", that is a sentence that gets you what you want and it's a solution to the problem you're facing.
So get out of the house together; do something enjoyable. This will help build up that friendship that has been neglected for so many years.
If you do this enough, over time, you will notice that you will enjoy each others company more.
