@@QuiltingWithNancy That is so funny! I grew up in Beverly and have lived for the last 35 years in Danvers, the next town over!! Keep me posted if you head this way. Would love to take you to dinner or something to say thank you for your videos. Have a safe holiday season.
I have been watching your videos for the past couple of weeks. I have learned so much and so motivated to keep seeing and quilting and I'm no longer timid about trying new techniques. You are an awesome teacher! Thanks so much.
Nancy, you are just a tremendous artist and an equally tremendous teacher. I’ve never had an in person lesson. All of my instruction in sewing and quilting has come from this venue. I’ve made some beautiful pieces because I’ve had some fabulous instruction. Your tips and tricks are so helpful! Your instructional series are so inspiring. What a gem we have in you. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Anitra - thank you so much!!! That really means a lot - i love teaching and quilting. I would love teach you in person some day :) - where are you from? Nancy
OnPoint-TV Hi Nancy! I’m from Latrobe, PA. We don’t have much in the way of quilting without driving to Pittsburgh. That’s why my quilting experiences have all been online. I would love to take a class by you in person!!!
OnPoint-TV if ever you do happen to have the opportunity to teach here, I’ll be sure to make it a priority to be part of it! For now I will continue to feel blessed to know you here on RUclips. ☺️
That was awesome!!!! My mom has had the whole kit of the metal tubes form forever ago Still in the silver cardboard box they came in I’ve used it plenty of time but always for turning the tubes..... it also comes with the long tube hook grabber thing. I’ve used the tubes for stuffing/feeding cording through.... but this trick for using it to bunch up and iron as it comes off and hiding the seam under the bias. But I definitely will be watching the how to fold and cut my bias fabric before attempting plus having your video tutorial walk me through. Thank you. Mom and Dad have sold their home after 40 years and leaving Oregon for AZ. Sewing won’t be the same for me without having mom near by to help me when I get stuck in my creativity and her abundance of sewing supplies and especially her plethora of tools. -- she won’t part with any of them.
Found your videos a few days ago. I am learning so much! You are a gifted teacher. Hope you come to Massachusetts when Covid is gone!
I would love to come to Massachusetts - My Niece lives in Beverly - it's beautiful!

Nancy. Do you have the material folded in half (like off the bolt) or do you open it up to 40” width before you start folding the material.
Open it up 😉
Where could I find designs such as these you use. I have been searching but really don't know what they are called.
Hi Sheila. This pattern is available on our website. Www.onpoint-tv.com.
