In this model, what about cross-teams collaboration? Such as 1) Marketing wants to share a file with Sales for collaboration - what should they do, create a new team or just change file permissions? 2) Sales wants only its members to edit a file, but everyone in the company should be able to view it? If just editing file share permissions, won't that get out of control over time, like you won't know who can view or edit files in a Team?
As a manager in a multinational finance team, I have a an in-country finance team with many detailed tasks. I also have to update people higher up in the organisation (Regional level) on these same tasks, and for that I'm myself a member of their teams. How can I share the status of all / some of the tasks that is in my own team setup, to another team platform, without having to duplicate the updates in both teams?
if you rename a Team (eg after an organisational restructure) do you impact the address of documents within that Team - ie would a hyperlink to a document hosted within that Team - but shared with other individuals - still function?
Renaming a Team will not change the URL of the document because currently the underlying SharePoint site that stores the files does not change. That may change in the future.

Would you use Channels for individual Projects or would you use Conversations (Posts)?
