If one earphone is not charging for some reason, lost or dead, you will be not able to initiate the reset function nor pairing with devices. Case need two earbuds alive to activate the reset. It is impossible to connect just one and continue using if second earphone is dead. It is a product flaw. I used P3 as a earset, using one at a time and switching them to prolong use. But now one is dead, not charging, and i stuck with a completely dead product. Will never buy Soundcore products. Why is that you don't post other earbuds like the p3i? I bought it just less than 2 months and it has already begun giving me an attitude. The earbuds won't charge and it literally cost me 65 Euros. I really need help here because I have tried restrating the earbuds and it still not charging.
O meu não pisca as três vezes. Só pisca uma depois de 30 segundos e só está funcionando o lado esquerdo. O direito aparece como bloqueado no app, estou sem saber o que fazer.
Menos de uma semana de uso e sem nenhuma queda, o dispositivo parou de funcionar. Não conecta a nenhum dispositivo. Não aparece do jeito que está no vídeo. Eu não compro mais produtos dessa marca . Péssimo!!!
