Make sure you take the plastic off of the connectors to get into pairing mode.

Figured it out. Upgraded, Anker Soundcore Boost 1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone 2. Turn on both speakers. Don't turn on Bluetooth pairing yet 3. Press the TWS button on each one time. 4. You'll hear the connect sound and both speaker will turn white and the other blue. 5. Turn on Bluetooth on phone and connect to the Soundcore speaker. 6. If you're having trouble figuring out which one is left or right -- find simple L/R stereo test on RUclips. Enjoy

The fact that they don't automatically pause and change the source of the audio is a major lack of feature. I have a pair of old realme air 3 buds which does the job perfectly.

To fix the only one bud working issue. Follow the video but before you pair to your device, take both buds out the case and wait 10 seconds, then pair them to your device while they're out of the case. Worked for me

Good afternoon, I have recently purchased some headphones from your brand, specifically the Liberty 4 NC and although I am satisfied with their sound quality, autonomy and noise cancellation, it is true that it is giving me several connection errors that I will list for you, at the same time.
