Glad to know I'm not the only one who first thought Dark Watch when seeing Evil West.
I feel like the hesitations made the video lot more human, instead of all those professional like videos on RUclips nowadays. I like that. Keep up the great work.
Thank you for your input! It's really appreciated. That's sort of what I was going for, it feels more natural to me to adlib vs read off of a script. I have such a hard time accentuating certain words and sentences when I read from a script. Doing it this way helped a lot with that, even though I still mostly stuck to the script.

this is one of my favourite PS2 games. I used to play it all the time! how does it compare to Evil West? I've not played it yet but totally thought of Darkwatch when I saw the trailer
Honestly? Darkwatch is the far superior game. Evil West's story is all over the place, the combat is repetitive and there really isn't a lot of depth to the upgrade system. Everything feels very linear and by the book, there aren't many times where you can explore off the usual pathway. I thought that Darkwatch had a much darker atmosphere, with more interesting "old west" settings. Evil West basically abandons those environments after the first hour or so. I was insanely disappointed with the game that I ended up quitting around halfway through, it just became too repetitious to me.
@@NoMooreMercyTV wow....thats pretty surprising and sadly disappointing to hear. looks like the trailer hypes up the game too much. I'll probably not buy it then, maybe if it becomes cheaper later down the line. Thank you for the honest reviews appreciate that, I was really hoping for a "darkwwatch 2" kinda game as I feel its very unique and no one has done anything quite like it since. Maybe in the future someone will make a good vampire cowboy game haha.
