Swarm Hero: 1. Walks across the map to enemy base. 2. Explodes. 3. Survives with full HP. 4. Refuses to explain itself. 5. Leaves. I LOVE THIS CONCEPT.
3:48 pwc is one of the “big four” accounting firms lol. One of the biggest accounting and financial services firm in the world. But of course, they’re not immune to scandal, it used to be the “Big Five” accounting firms, until one of them (Arthur Andersen) got swallowed by the Enron Scandal in the early 2000’s lol.
One of my favourite merchant mechanics in a game I've encountered was "Throw a random percentage of your money as damage" Sure you might go bankrupt but you can one-shot gods with enough money.
also worth noting: if you own the steam version, you also get access to the Protectors of Etheria, which is a recently released (like half a year ago tops, which is yesterday compared to a game thats decades old, and is actively updated to this day) complete overhaul of the game that also exists with its own page on steam and may be the best way to play it. Starting with every unit now having a special ability and the removal of the timer on summons :p
You should check out the Warlords Battlecry games, they're excellent, though I can't highly rec the first game as it's a bit rough. As for what you can do in the games here are some things that happened in my dad and I's recent adventures 1: I won 2000 crystals from a Lich for answering a riddle about Lettuce 2: My dad's hero and his entire army were turned into geese
@@matthewbreytenbach4483 I actually bought 3 because of this. I need to mod it to actually function on my PC because I'm running into issues with it. Old software new hardware issues.
As fun as old, buggy games are, we've seen enough developers fix bugs when they re-release games for different regions. The only thing stopping them from patching bugs was avvess to the already installed files. Heck, Pokemon had the berry glith in gen 3. Game Freak actually fixed it while cartridges were being produced and distributed a patch, on the GBA of all platforms, to fix early versions already sold.
Original Morrowind had that thing with Alchemy where you can make potions that make you smarter and just keep stacking until you're intelligent enough to make max level potions to give you hundreds of Strength and Magic to just one-shot most things. It also had the Soul Trap glitch that made your temporary stat buffs permanent.
I actually bought this game recently thanks to Sseth, chose a daemon summoner type class and immediately went to war with the lizard people while allying with the Empire in the process. I currently have a personal vendetta against the lizards because of all the poison.
@@KipReacts hopefully you've got it functioning correctly by now. if you ever decide you want some tips, I'd be glad to offer what little help I can give.
9:39 Skyrim has like 6 or 7 right off the top of my head Illusion: Find/buy Muffle, cast until satisfied Alteration: Find/Buy Detect Life, go to a crowded area, cast until satisfied and/or get the Secret of Arcana from Dragonborn, get Telekinesis and cast that with your infinite magicka until satisfied Conjuration: Find/Buy Soul Trap, "find" a dead body, cast until satisfied Block/Light/Heavy Armor: Turn difficulty down to Novice, go to the cave in Sleeping Tree Camp, jump onto the platform at the back and let your new Giant friend beat you up until satisfied Pickpocket: Get arrested in Riften, break out, kill the guards, reverse pickpocket 2-500 gold onto Sibbi Black-Briar and take it back, repeat until satisfied
I’ve never heard of this series outside of Seth’s video but it seems absolutely fucking bonkers. I don’t know if I’d enjoy playing something this exploitable outside of a single player experience
how did he get that accurate on the trump impression? early rts games are easy to handle in their mechanics but put you through a lot of failure if youre leaving their meta system. healers resurrection build basically steamrolls the late game but feeds on enemy bodies. needs of course clever managing for the early game and protection anyways. if enemy resistance is too high, youll have to outlive the damage trade off, which calls for precise mana managing.
@Kip and everyone that wants space cadet again. you can play it on modern systems and there are a lot of free versions flying around. there is now even a fan project that tries to modernize the old code :)
I find it hilarious that Kip missed the Kiryu Kazuma Mpreg, just flew right over his head lmao.
It's called mental protection
Kip returns to the rabbit hole of our favorite African Warlord. I hope he gets to see Sseth's Caves of Qud review, that one is fun if non-euclidean.

in the first 5 second of the video i FINALLY LEARN how to pronounce this creator's name. THANK YOU KIP.
I always thought it was a misspelling of tzeentch
Too bad it's wrong, Sseth pronounces Tzeentach like "seen tech"
@@sm1leguy295 I mean, IIRC Sseth did once say it was a misspelling but I think he just decided to run with it anyway

Funny enough this and Battle for Middle Earth 1/2 were my most played RTS games growing up ^_^

I also bought it. I'm having issues with it running, but I've been itching to dive into it when I can stabilize things like the cursor and resolution.
