Thank YOU! For creating such a masterpiece of a set. There's a clear reason it sold out so quickly! It was my honor to be (one of?) the first people outside of LEGO to build and review this set! It lives up to the hype 💯
Loved how you pointed out the Easter eggs on the schedule sticker! I paused the video when I saw Bricadily but never would have gotten some of the other ones on my own. Bummed I missed out on the preorder after seeing this
I ended up ordering two copies, by accident. Obviously, I wanted one, but I put in two orders because I believed at one stage that my first order didn't go through. It was a happy surprise to later discover that they'd both been accepted, and now I'm in the great position of being able to keep one and sell the other knowing that this set is going to fetch a good value in the secondary market.
Or...join the two together for a three base plate wide, six arches MASTERPIECE. With large cafe, and a supersized WHBricks store. You has lucked your way to Lego greatness!
@@neilrusling-je6zo LOL. I don't think I can afford not to sell the spare set. That said, I do plan to make a couple of adjustments to Brick Cross Station, as brilliant as it is. I want to replace the downstairs restaurant space with a bathroom and a small ticket booth, and keep the restaurant to the upstairs floor.
However I display this set in my Lego City, I'll definitely have to avoid placing another building on the lefthand (news agents) side, so that I can make the most of the wall opening.
I imagine building a little platform on top of a baseplate will do wonders! Especially to the side of the solarium cafe, as the people need some area to stand of to the side! Either way, there are definitely ways around this in my opinion!
Great work! I wish the stickers were prints though. I tend to avoid sets that rely on stickers for detail. With such a limited quantity in this program I just don't understand why LEGO refuses to do prints, other than trying to milk the cow at the expense of perfection.
From what I recall, prints are definitely in-bounds, but only if they can be reused by LEGO elsewhere. For instance, the little red/blue/yellow train line sign to the right of the ticket machine could have easily been a print as I believe that would have some strong use elsewhere. Unfortunately the Departure/Arrival sign would be very very limiting
This set is just dripping with class, its a ten outa ten all day long. I cant decide if I am Bright Yellowish Green with envy or Earth Green with envy or maybe Sand Green with envy...I thinks I am all the greens with envy, even the transparent greens. You are clearly doing things right, onwards and upwards with that building!
I think this set needs to be displayed right next to Daily Bugle and Avengers Tower, with doc oc climbing and Lizard hiding. One of my favorite buildings.
Imagine Doc Oc and Spidey fighting in the Train Station?? Straight out of Spider-Man 2. Or, I'm sure you could retrofit this set to look like a bank 😎 then it's right out of the movie!
My man didn't just get in on the ground floor, we're in the basement with this one!! Seriously awesome video and so cool you got an early copy - you definitely did it justice with this video.
Let me tell you, it took some TIME to get through this recording (video/audio) and editing! No way I could do this every video, but this was definitely something special that required it
Can.I just ask (coz I’m a bit confused) were the BDP team just letting random members of the public help build the sets, and then just keep them? Or was there some sort of process that happened to choose people? Really pleased that you got to have the set so early, I was just interested in the details of what the BDP team were doing?
Thank you for your wonderful review CPA. Keep going, you're doing great! 👏👏👏

Cool that you got this set early! Looks like a fun build.
It was a blast to build! So lucky to have Brick Cross in my collection

@@AllOutBrick I made sure to ask the designer himself to make sure I didn't guess any incorrectly! 😎
Was waiting for this one man! Banger review and cannot wait for my 2 copies to arrive!
You'll have quite the time building it! It was such a great build; just don't rush it in a couple of hours like I tried to! 😂
This is an amazing review! Love all the easter eggs on the big sticker and the 4k quality walk through🔥
There were a couple other easter eggs that I didn't include! I bet you even you could figure some of them out 😎

Great review quality, and I’m glad you got to get this set after your time building it. 😎👍
Definitely a highlight of my Brickworld weekend!

Looks like your train heading to Sand Green is right on time 😎, but all praise goes to Brickester the designer! What a masterclass.
