ingredients:
- Beef/mutton/lamb mince 1 kg
(70% meat 30% fat) (charbi wala keema)
- Red bell pepper ( lal shimla mirch) 1 medium
- Garlic 5-6 cloves (lehsan)
- Onion (pyaaz) 1 large
- Parsley or Coriander 1/2 bunch OR 1/2 cup
(dahnia)
- Salt (namak) 3/4 tbsp or to taste
- Black pepper (kali mirch) 1 tsp
- Sumac 1 tbsp ( substitute: Pomegranate powder (anardana powder 1 tbsp or lemon juice 2 tbsp with 1/8 tsp lemon zest )
- Coriander powder (dahnia) 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder (zeera) 1 tsp
- Red chilli (lal mirch) 2 tsp
- paprika powder 1 tsp
- Oil for frying 2-3 tbsp
For Salad:
- Onion (pyaaz) 1 large
- Tomato 1 large
- Parsley or Coriander 2-4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Sumac 1/2 tsp OR Black pepper (kali mirch) 1/4 tsp

Just made these today. Mine were a bit wet . So I pan fried them as patties had them with the onion salad , mint yoghurt and a homemade garlic and coriander flat bread and they were truly delicious 100% make them again .

Adding bread crumbs might help to bind.

@@aqsascuisine oh and btw, I said "surprisingly" not because I didn't think it was good even before trying it, I meant that I'm not a good cook 😅 I'm very close minded with food cause my mom always fed us the same 😂 but trying international, great recipes like yours is great and I need to learn cause my son deserves variety and high quality food! 🥰🥰
I just made this and omg, so so good. I adjusted the salt to my taste. By the way i had only tried the Arab ones, they taste different obviously this is the Turkish style. But honestly so so good. Will definitely make this again and again.

@@aqsascuisine yes you are right this is not adana kebab just the style. original adana has the opposite texture of what you did. its minced by hand and after it is finished it should fall apart in pieces. Its made by lamb like the ribs ( fatty meat) red capsicumpepper and salt. thats all. But yours also look really really appetizing!!!!!

Hi there. It really looks very delicious! I want to ask, is "Sujuk Kebab" an alternative name for this food? Or is it something else?
“Sucuk” is something else, it’s similar to a sausage and usually eaten in the breakfast together with eggs. Sometimes ppl put sucuk in bread, similar to a sandwich and they call it “sucuk ekmek”. So I don’t think that Adana kebap and sujuk kebap are the same thing, I never heard of sujuk kebap.
@@jojired1491 I once saw it in one youtube channel and it looked exactly like an Adana kebab so i guess i got confused. They were wrong probably. Thanks for clearing that out.

1 capsicum red
5-6 garlic cloves
1 large onion
1/2 bunch coriander or parsley
3-4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1-2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp paprika
Blend until combined...
Oh my gosh .... it’s 3/4 tbs of salt not 3-4 tbs..
