Aqsa, aacha banaya! Shahbash. Most things are original and well adapted for home cooking. Of course these will turn out best over a charcoal bbq. Although, I am Pakistani but I am also Turkish and a chef. So, cok guzel yaptin yani cok iyi basardin. Aferin. Video is well shot and presented. this is a turkish dish, in turkey people use lamb or beef mince i never heard about Italian sausage are using for it, if you want to do experiment than go ahead with your favorite spices
