Carrie- I started watching your videos WAAAAY back when, when I was in undergrad. I got a new RUclips account and had lost your channel along the way, but I’m so grateful because right around when I found out I was pregnant you popped up announcing your pregnancy with your sweet baby.
Watched this morning with my three month old twin boys- no real routine here yet. Trying to survive 😂 but I love watching and growing into motherhood along with you!! ❤
Watching you get Eliana from her nap reminded me so much of my mom. Apparently she used to narrate what she was doing, just like you did "let's open your curtains" and so on. So much so that "curtains" was my first word when she was narrating one morning 😂 ❤
Our boy Calli is in his fifth month. He naps four to five times a day for around 45 minutes. His best naps are on me, in the carrier, when I'm hiking. He wakes five times a night, which is doable, haha! I also love hearing how other babies are living their lives.

My little girl is 5 and a half months, so close in age with Eliana. She usually naps around every 2-2,5 hours during the day. We put her to bed at 8, we do a night feed at 12-1 at night, and she wakes up around 7, 7 30. Great video!

Carrie, lately all your videos make me emotional- in best way possible. I have been following you for over 6 years my life did change a lot and I have also become a mom- my boys are almost 4 and almost 2. This video did bring lots of memories from when they were this age. Makes me miss it because time does fly with the little ones and it’s important to treasure all the moments and sometimes it can be so hard to find time for yourself and get all the parts of our life in balance. You’re doing amazing job being a mom!
I feel the same about missing my kids when they were babies and toddler age. I have 2 boys as well. They are 12 and my youngest will be 9 this Thursday. It’s like they were babies and one day, I blinked, and now they are so big. The days are long, but the years really do fly by. 😢
I have a 5 year old girl and I'm 16 weeks pregnant with my second 😊 due in March! Looking forward to reliving these baby stages with my 5 year old 💗
Aww loved this Carrie! ❤ My girl is 4 months old and is taking 5 naps per day still.. variable lengths! She wakes up around 1-3 times per night. Our biggest struggle ATM is trying to drop a nap 😂. I nurse to sleep so getting a crib nap has been tough. She doesn't transfer easily. Also feeling you on the finding your style postpartum and feeling better if you get ready. My husband and I are both off with baby girl until she is 9 months so we are also able to give each other time, it's so important. Loved this vid, it's fun seeing someone in the same stage of life that you've followed for a long while! Xx

I breast fed for two and a half years. I used to drink enormous glasses of ice cold filtered water with a dash of organic cloudy apple juice in it. It was heavenly. I should do that again!

My baby boy Dara is 7 and a half months, I think we had similar due dates but he was a surprise arrival 3 weeks early 💙 and he’s never napped for more than 30 minutes in the day time!!

Have you thought of doing sing and sign or the NZ equivalent? It’s so great for them to be able to communicate and avoids a lot frustration. It’s also a lot of fun.

Loved this! My daughter just turned 2 last week, and my son is 8 weeks old. I’ve found it SO HARD to find a consistent time to pump this time around because I have a toddler trying to pull on or push buttons on my Spectra 😆. I’ve been considering a wearable pump, so I’ll have to check out the Momcozy!
I don’t have a toddler and still have the hardest time finding time to pump!

Hi Carrie! We’re about to take our first trip abroad (Japan) with our 6 month old…what do you recommend with the whole time change/sleep! I know flexibility and going with the flow is #1
Just fyi, I've done a lot of research on what to feed dogs and dry kibble is the worst, even if it's a "good" kind, it's kind of all the same. Human grade, fresh/frozen food is the best, one that has a variety of ingrediants-dry kibble is a good way for the them to develop all kinds of illnesses and allergies. In cast you are interseted!
Thank you! We’ve put him on a very high quality dry kibble recommended by our vet out here because he has had allergies in the past. We add salmon oil for dogs with tons of omega to it as well. It’s working for him right now but thank you for the advice, I’ll definitely think about this.
@@CarrieRad Yeah, vets aren't the most up to date or knowledgeable when it comes to food for dogs or cats--just do some research, they make very convenient human grade wet food for dogs now, stella and chewy is great, not sure if you can get it there but I'm sure you have others that would work. And then you can throw in some kibble for their teeth. :)

My baby is 7 months today and he naps on a good day at 10 and 2 each are about 1-2.5 hours! But on a harder day, that first nap happens and then car naps as we run out for things or carrier naps as our contingency! 🤍☺️
