“We not against that shit either. We don’t condone that shit. My sister, she gay… or bipolar” I knew exactly what you meant to say, but that ended me regardless. 😭😭
That "Eye contact...." thing is hilarious!!! Dude's so afraid of "the gay" being transmitted to him thru eye contact that he continuously avoids making eye contact with Gary!!! ROFLMBO

Oh woke culture, the nuance of this skit is the fact that it's based in the 80's and they're all ignorant on gay marriage, not prejudiced. They're asking genuine questions because they have no idea because they have no experience.
*Bill Burr - "Old Man Face". It's Funny AF!! And all Key & Peele skits are hilarious. I binge watch them over and over. You two should check out some skits from "In Living Color"*
Dude, it never crossed my mind once that you had a problem with gay people because you’re watching a comedy skit. I encourage you to not let some pathetic strangers in your comments make you feel compelled to tell your audience that you don’t have a problem with gay people. Your audience watches you because you connect with them, we like your commentary, and you seem like good people. Keep up the good work.
Yeah. I'd agree. Never crossed my mind. Granted when you don't know what the skit is about. That it's a satire i can see wanting to let people know where you stand because you're nervous about what you might see
For real. Your audience grows to know you, and barring a video going viral you don't have to worry about the odd one out of the bunch. Even then, this whole cancel culture nonsense just rides trends. Their responses are shortsighted and fleeting. They will move on to the next victim soon enough and forget about you. The only threat comes from larger conglomerates deciding to drop employees due to bad press. Independent entities are immune. Don't let the possibility of these whiny pricks trying to start something make you feel the need to preemptively explain yourself. Cancelling people is quite literally terrorism on a in the digital ethos. Don't let them win.
i noticed this about this younger generation or maybe just how ppl are today. whenever theres a reaction to some comedy which is suppose to be funny they always have to put a disclaimer about how they dont condone this or not with that or dont agree something and try and have a serious conversation in the middle of stuff. im like bruh it aint even that serious its a comedy skit its ok to laugh. ppl now days are so soft that they try and be cautious with everything because they are afraid on how they are perceived. just laugh its comedy there no rules like back in the day nobody gave af and just laughed about whatever was funny and nobody was getting offended about every little thing
I like your attitude about this a lot. For too many reasons, straight men have the most difficult time just being normal about gay men. As in, there seems to be pressure from other men or this stigma that if you’re just treating everyone like normal human beings that makes YOU gay (which also makes being gay a negative thing, so all around no good). It’s the men who act all squirrelly about it that are just so insecure they can’t even be themselves. This skit is hilarious, one of my favorites.
The societal pressure for men to conceal their feelings is quite the bitch. The notion that anyone needs to adhere to a certain way of thinking or behaving in order to validate their gender role is frankly absurd. On a similar note it still blows my mind when I hear ladies refer to their female friends as their "girl friends" and that they can freely express the depth of care they have for their loved ones. If a guy said anything remotely similar the least we'd get is an assumption and a crooked glance, at least in the vast majority of social circles, definitely in public.
I know you both now like Rush. Check out the comedy clip with Paul Rudd & Jason Segel where they sneak into Rush's change room after a concert on RUclips.

I am very old and my current favorite is Tom MacDonald, but I love music from every decade going back to the forties. I would like you to react to some music from Bjork's Debut album(it is called Debut). Any song will do because it is a rare album on fyre.
This is set in the 80', you can tell by the set decoration. The comedy comes from the ignorance of the Johnson family in the skit. It's funny, but not at the expense of gay people. The gay guy was the only intelligent person in the room. Don't feel guilty laughing at the stupid people.
This has to be the worst reaction video of this particular Key & Peele video that is on RUclips. All this couple did is sat there with a stone face expression as if they were afraid to laugh, especially this white "woke" chick who acted like she was so offended by it. You two need to get over yourselves and understand that it's just comedy whether it's about straight or gay people. We all laugh at it because it's funny. Hey, I have a gay niece who married another woman, and no I didn't go to their wedding because I don't support that way of life. The black dude is so worried about laughing because his sister's gay. SO WHAT! He's also afraid that commenters might leave bad feedback if he even dare laughs . That's the problem with this Gen Z generation. They have been groomed to think that there are only certain things you can laugh at so people won't judge you as being bigoted or racist. You two need to remake this video and laugh like you know you want to, and if you can't, find a different topic to do it on

this perspective of a early 90s late 80s black family
