yep as I said on the last vid, banger manga for sure, knew you'd love it. a lot of subtle complexities that other slice of life manga tend to lack in interactions, dialogue and relationships.
probably the best slice of life manga ongoing along with maybe Hirayasumi. one of the best ongoings in general
slight spoiler:
tbh I don't think it's super funny or anything normally, the comedy is probably one of the "weaker" aspects of the manga, but the recent bit in the story where Mitsumi thought Ujie was about to confess to having a crush on her (as the story had seemingly been hinting at for a while) and it turned out to be Yasaka instead, and then compares Mitsumi to a nagging mother, I found pretty hilarious. hate to go full 🤓🤓🤓 mode, but a nice subversive turn in the story that a lot of lesser school life series would've just played straight, and a nice little example of the series in general in comparison to similar manga. Even when Skip to Loafer does use tropes, it often just does them in a more intricate, interesting, and realistic way.

huh i gotta check hirayasumi out it looks really good. Also yeah that part was really funny. I didn't expect him to like mitsumi, but the fact it was yasaka was a huge suprise. I think the series can be funny when it tries but ususally its just not trying so it feels weak.

I just watched a few of your reviews, I watch a lot of anime/manga reviews but most of them have like way less to say of interest compared to your stuff, in my opinion

Thanks! I try to cover whatever I think is most important about the series, usually like bigger ideas, I think a lot of other reviewers cover smaller details which is sometimes better, but sometimes they don't touch on like crucial ideas. Im still trying to get better at reviewing and cover the whole work as best as I can tho
