524 WHP Audi S6 Stage 1 LAUNCH CONTROL! ( B9 S4 Gets New Wheels?!)

- Audi S6 stage 1 tune from Dyno Spectrum Launch Control and 0-60 runs! In todays vlog we test fit Joey's old Work Wheels on the S6 and on the B9 S4 to figure out what wheels we want to go with in the future! The Audi S6 is making approx 524 WHP and 680 ft-lbs of torque! In addition to some minor vag com tweaks the S6 has a resonator delete.

I’m thinking of getting a b9 s5 are there any drawbacks? From what I’ve seen the engine platform is very reliable so maintenance hopefully shouldn’t be too much

Dyno Spectrum customer here too, My S7 is stage 3 with RS7 turbos, SRM intakes, Downpipes, E85 sensor and lines. Best 0-60 so far is 3.06s and 1/4 mile 10.83. Glad you enjoy DS1 stage 1, you'll want to upgrade those turbos in no time! :)
Audi s4 b8.5 stage 2+ on 91 octane with integrated engineering in Seattle. Best 0-60 3.08, 10.9 quarter mile.

How das the dsg hold up? Has to have over 1000NM by now and the dsg spec is about 850Nm I think. A reason why most limit the troque and power.

Ohh yeah. That bad boy is going to do better when the ground is completely dry. My dad’s did a 3.47 on the Uni 93 tune. And that was with a stock intake and exhaust
I’m excited to see how it does with a TCU tune as well. Really get a grip on the power.
@@crazycornuto9 for sure. It should help the clutches engage a lot harder, with quicker shifts. And it’s way easier to use launch control with the TCU tune.

Appreciate it! Olu’s S4 definitely launched harder but Joey’s S6 felt stronger up top of that makes sense
Can you do a quick video showing where the boost leak was on joeys S6 because my ‘18 S6 seems like it’s idling rough when stopped for a while and I’m wondering if it’s a leak somewhere.
Have you ever thought of doing a stage 2, if you have what do you recommend for your Audi?
I run 275x30r20 on my a5 slammed.. fit is primo👌🏻👌🏻 ( but I am going to switch to a 35 just so I have a bit more wheel protection. )

Nice wheel setup. I recently upgraded to BBS CH-R as well and love the fitment. BTW, did you guys install a DP yet?. I'm having issues with a CEL. I'm on CTS DP. I heard the CarbnLab doesn't show a CEL
CEL is mostly because of the O2 sensor which triggers it. I do have the Carbnlab DP and it throws a CEL. We about to install the spacer for the sensor. Hopefully it fixes it
@@kinsada1836 So even the Carbnlad DP throws a CEL. I was about to get one. I'm currently messing around with a Vibrant J spacer. But I also think I damaged my O2 sensor
Nice wheel set up! I would love that on my 8p A3 2.0t DSG S-type. Can't you get new O2s and talk to your tuner? Do you have a tune? I know the 2.0t overboosts with a DP and no tune.

Hey, so in September I am planning on getting B8 s5 fsi and was wondering if you know any of them best tuning options out there? I know that the B8.5 has the supercharged but stock the fsi is faster cuz it has the v8 vs v6 supercharged. I’m only getting the B8 because they look just as good as the B8.5 and the speedometer says 200mph and just makes it feel so much faster and look nicer haha.
Not even close, get the SC B8.5, tuning a NA V8 does nothing. That SC V6 will dog that V8 out once tuned, it’ll be up in B8.5 RS5 territory and have much more torque.

No bags!! Get a good performance damper set! KW, Ohlins, or the like! Unless you want a scene look. But if you want the most out of your car, I feel my suggestion is the move. JMO

The first ones weren’t launch control they were just brake boost. Launch control would rev up to 5K. The second driver was Lauch control. But good thing you didn’t use it too much probably needs a TCU tune
Interested in doing a tune to my S4 in the near future. How does it work? I’m new to it. Do you void your warranty on the vehicle once you tune it?
Yeah modding usually voids warranty. However, if you have a good relationship with your dealership some may be more friendly towards mods than others. Everything is always a gamble and a risk. With the tune you can always flash back to stock before going into the dealership for work

Unitronic has a lot in the works for the B9 platform. New tunes hardware and trans tune in the works 💯
To activate launch control turn off traction and transmission in S

? s6 is better then a rs3 LOL, if you put RS7 turbo's on the S6, it's low key a VERY fast supercar, eat the rs3 anyday
Should be launching at 5k rpm not 2.5.. mine does that stock .. launch control wasn’t active you likely could’ve got a better 0-60 time

On some runs we launched. And other runs we did not. Testing out the differences
@@crazycornuto9 isnt it low for a 524 whp s6 ? My a4 with a k04 used to get 4.5 (and it was an avant daily on permanent winter tires)
@@mikemayers9353 probably. The car is quite heavy and the wet pavement/cold temps probably played a part in that time. But those 4cylinders can spoil up pretty quick. So I don’t think we will shave much more time off but maybe a few tenths.
@@crazycornuto9 still the s4 is faster no? My a4 2.0 avant qt auto is 1.8 tonns on a scale . B9 or b8 engine wise ? I would love the supercharger but the b9 interior is on another level than most all cars
@@mikemayers9353 I had a 3.0t in my old a6 and that was quick. But the b9’s are gonna be able to pull some serious power. The s6 weighs in at 2.25 tons. So I have a bit of weight on the a4.
