i use it on pc and its almost perfect in my opinion, i just wish the spatial audio was better, i might just be trippin though, i just recently tried their sound field personalization thing even though ive had them for awhile and it definitely almost eliminates the problems i had with the 3d sound

H9 def not good for WZ. the steel series are 100% better but the H9 is a really nice headset. id say def pass if you’re going to be using these for FPS or WZ - this is where the H9 completely fail. Hopefully Sony can patch this or maybe put out an app for better EQ settings.

I just got the H7 this weekend. Sound was so low I was considering taking them back. Until I realized that the dongle was switched to Pc and not PS5 out of the box. As soon as switched it and plugged it back in 💥 sound was loud and clear.
Mic sounded miles better when you moved it away from your mouth-thought that to be notable. Might be best to just turn up the sensitivity and keep the endpiece at a distance.

I used sennheisers, nova pros, turtle beach and ive returnd them all because they were eiter uncomfortable or they lacked bass. I dont plat ganes to focus of the screeching high pitch of everything. i play games to be fully immersed in another world. If a grenade goes off in my ear, i want to feel it. The h9 deliver on all fronts. Only downside is the pc software is spotty. But i deleted it and slapped atmos on the and now they are my full time pc set.

The sound is far too bass heavy and whilst it has very good imaging, it’s just not good for FPS gaming. It’s however really good for more immersive and open world games. What’s really shocking is, this is Sony and they make the PS5 and even though they are advertising this headset as a perfect PS5 headset, it really isn’t and it’s more aimed at PC, because you can only use custom EQ’s and any other adjustments you make in the Inzone Hub on PC and doesn’t carry over to PS5 I know PlayStation is a separate division within Sony, but it’s just weird not prioritising PS5 over PC. They should have simply developed the headset and Inzone Hub so any customisation saves to headset or dongle I have the SteelSeries Nova 7 with a perfectly customised EQ and official SteelSeries Nova leatherette ear pads and it’s simply amazing and I find them to be better than the SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless

I use astro a50 and sound it’s absolutely way better unfortunately ps5 does not have optical and any Amazons converter does not work with the astros 5.1 audio other wise I will be using Astro Sony is a mess by not having an Mac hub for so expensive headset 00000 starssss

I would never buy Sony earphones they are so garbage I have steel series Nova pro And probably the best headphones on the market I would not waste my money on the Sony headphone
I traded in my Arctis nova pro wireless because the headset wasn’t detected by their software and there’s no customer service number and you can’t talk to anyone. I got the H7’s to replace them

I ended up ordering the inzone h9 for my ps5. Hopefully i wont be disappointed when it comes to audio in Warzone

The sound quality is quite good to be honest. It may not be the headphones for FPS players, but it’s quite good for general audio immersion.
Yeah the sound is good but I was really disappointed with it since it's 299$ and I expected it to have amazing audio quality and louder volume

Change the voice chat / game chat mix, this headset gets really loud but you need the right settings

Both work. But in the back it can get quit hot , so I use front
