I really appreciate you highlighting Zac and the Marrs Bar. I knew of it, but I didn’t realize all the benefits it provides; I had thought of it as just another SSB. I strictly squat with an SSB because of a lack of shoulder mobility, so I now know this is a great option for me and perhaps a better one. Thank you again.

Smart guy, I really enjoyed this podcast. I'm working on stuff in my shop and hoping some day, one of the things I'm making will have an impact like the Marrs Bar. I guess time will tell.
I know Zack personally, have his phone number.. he is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I worked out at his gym in college whenever the KU rec was closed, and ended up buying a Marrs bar this past year when I built my home gym. It’s a great bar, and they are a great company to support. Zack met me at his gym to give me the bar so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping, gave me a free shirt and told me to text him if I ever have any issues. I really can’t say enough good things about him and his product
@@chrisdonnell2575 for back squats exclusively, 1000x better. Transformer bar does a lot of things adequately, MARRS bar does a couple things exceptionally
