    The fact that you are honest about your shortcomings, past and present, is inspiring. Thank you for posting these videos and more importantly, thank you for being authentic.

    Love how you mentioned overconfidence. Reminded me of all the football players that would show up to wrestling practice thinking they’re tough and then they would quit and walk out before we were even done with conditioning. Thank you for all your videos , Sir!

    Hey Bryan, do you mind doing a series about little tips and trick for swimming and any other aspects of the PAST. I do understand that your mentality plays a huge role during indoc, but I do also understand there is still a physical aspect to indoc

    Remember fellas, mastery of confidence stems from competence... Be good at your job... Be a quiet professional.

    Are you a current Indoc instructor? My little brother just graduated last friday in New Mexico and got the beret. Is now an official PJ. I'm in the Army and am working on transferring into the Air Force to become a PJ. Been practicing and training every day since his graduation. Really opened my eyes and motivated me.

      I was an Indoc instructor 1 year ago, so I most likely put your brother through the course. What was his name?

      Jay Rowland or mostly known as Rocky Rowland. I think he went through indoc in 2015. But he was around BA prep training others for a bit since he was stuck in Texas for a little while. He's a hard kid to forget.

    Is there any way to use the app without a trainer. Still trying to pass the swim past

    • @HowToBeAPJ
      @HowToBeAPJ  6 лет назад

      There is not a trainer specifically on the app, it is a preplanned program with a video for every exercise as well as the ability to track nutrition, milage, and progress
