I made this without the egg for lunch, used muenster cheese, and put the sour cream IN the burrito with the salsa and HOLY 🤤🤤🤤 this thing is bangin and a lousy 6/8 weird ass rating is false. it’s hands down a 10/10

Not trying to hate cuz I love Molly BUT everyone needs to understand it is best to start with a warmed up flour tortilla then stuff then crisp up and no oil is needed!! 😋
crisping up on the pan actually makes it much easier to wrap, and you can get much more of a crisp on the tortilla. It also helps melt the cheese inside and seal the burrito! -mexican food worker
Molly, I love you but you're living in Southern California and you're using a brand name tortillla?! Haha, the Mexican grocery stores in that area sell fresh tortillas and it would have been cool if you can give a shout out that homemade tortilla is best.
Molly is really BIG with her schmirs, that looks delicioso. I had matzo ball soup for the first time in Rome (oldest Jewish community in the world) it was amazing. When I got back home (Toronto) I ordered it again. I was confused, I though the stock was made with tomato water everywhere.
This Mexican/Jewish hybrid burrito would totally weigh me down, and yea I could not eat the whole thing technically but I would definitely eat the whole thing. 🇲🇽 🌯 🇮🇱

It's also not a burrito. I'm definitely against calling things that are burritos "wraps," but if there's nothing Hispanic in this, it's not a burrito, it's a wrap. That said, as a Hispanic, I'd for sure devour this wrap, it looks amazing.

You would put them into a quirky category, too. Nice to laugh at but never gonna be a legend. u rock.
I'm sorry this is a breakfast wrap, I can't fathom a burrito with dill pickle salsa pastrami and American cheese... Might be good cold idk but I cannot in good faith call it a burrito. No hate doesn't feel like a burrito.

Pro Tip from a Mexican: warm the tortilla before building your burrito, it makes it more pliable, less likely to break up.
